While we were vacationing in Tennessee, we spotted a firehouse, in a beautiful brick building. I had to have it. Hook & ladder, no deli mustard. So good, every time. I loved the scenery of this Firehouse, as in florida, we don’t have them that are overlooking a mountain!
Will definitely return to get my firehouse fix while on vacation!!!

I get it's 8:25 and they close at 9 but no need to be rude. Cashier acted like she was disgusted we walked in. Was trying to figure out the order we wanted nowhere near the register but she didn't like that. Then tells us they have no cheese. SMH. Go to the Sevierville location. They're Awesome!

Me & my daughter came to Celebrate her birthday everyone there was not people friendly at all my daughters food was slimy my food was burnt & dry I asked for no mustard I still wanted mayo on it the staff had attitude like we come to the area all the Time at least 4 times a year and this is the first time we had extremely trouble service & they we not let her remedy her birthday food like will never come there again and heard such good reviews not 😭

Went twice while here. Employees were nice but seemed not to understand some things. Both times I went my sub was wrong, but fixed and done so very lovingly which goes such a long way for me! We also purchased bread for making our own pack lunch and it was SO good. Would come again.

Place was disgustingly dirty and the sandwichs were questionable at best yet still very pricey. Went into the restroom after we ate an it was nasty with flies flying around. I don't know where these other reviewers ate but it sure wasn't the experience we had. This is the 3rd and last time I will ever eat at a Firehouse sub!!!! Had a similar experience at the location near McGhee Tyson airport in Knoxville in October 2023 which I had forgotten about until I drove past today on our way to airport. Clearly Firehouse subs is going the way of alot of poorly managed restaurants today. Fastfood has lost its soul. All about the dollars!!!

The sandwiches were very good, although we did have to reassemble many of the ingredients into it. The one guy that was taking orders was constantly interrupted by others so it took a while to place our order, and we had to tell him multiple times what we wanted. It was very noisy in there and the kids on the baseball team that were supposed to be eating were running around and being pests.
