While this Firehouse location does get a bit busy, the service does not reflect that and orders did not seem backed up. I ordered a pickup order that was ready when I walked in the door, and the staff were very welcoming when picking up.

We got the Hook and Ladder, fullly involved. Best Sub we have ever had, every time. Not enough FIREHOUSE SUBS IN THE COUNTRY !!!

Good spot to grab a sub and the go find a creek or picnic table some where else and enjoy. I had the "Hero"... twice. Good tasting sub.

During our stay in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, we decided to try Firehouse Subs for the first time and opted for the Large Veggie Sub. We were very satisfied with our choice! The sub was generously packed with fresh, crisp vegetables, flavorful cheese, and a perfectly toasted bun that brought everything together beautifully.
The flavors were spot on, with just the right amount of seasoning and dressing to enhance the taste without overpowering the fresh ingredients. It was clear that quality and care go into each sub, making it a satisfying and hearty meal.
The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant experience from start to finish. If you’re in Pigeon Forge and looking for a tasty, fresh, and fulfilling sub, Firehouse Subs is a great option. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!
