I wanted to like this place, I really did. I was so looking forward to a stack of hot, fresh pancakes. Unfortunately, my pancakes tasted more like what you get from a continental breakfast at a budget hotel: lukewarm and tough. I didn't even take a picture of my pancakes; they were too sad. My son enjoyed his Reese's Peanut Butter pancakes, but I was very disappointed. On a positive note, the restaurant is spacious and the staff are very friendly.

Came in for lunch with me and the family. The cabin feel reminds me a lot of “Little Bear Diner” in Lakewood, Washington. Except this is in the Great Smokey Mountains aka my home, I grew up on the other side of the mountains in NC.

The pancakes are definitely delicious and fluffy with a hint of vanilla. The coffee warms your insides and your soul.

However, the Fritters! Now these are absolutely dangerously good!!!! You could turn these into a meal for one is how good they are! The Crepes were cooked to perfection and the staff is extremely friendly. Especially taking time to talk with the kiddos.

Find yourself in the mood for breakfast food? If you don’t hit up Flapjack’s then you’re missing out!

Our party of 10 got our food all at different times some of us had already eaten before the rest of us got our food and it was ice cold appetizer was never served and I've never been to a restaurant to eat breakfast where the meal did not include some type of toast or biscuit

Despite being VERY BUSY! Each of the workers was pleasant and the food came in a timely way. Missy B was a great waitress! Plenteous portions - 3 people shared one meal an 2 shared another! WANDERFUL was wonderful!

This place was packed around 9:30 a.m (when we arrived) and told us it was a 30 minute wait which we were fine with and ended up getting sat 15 mins so definitely no need to worry about the waiting time. Food was to die for. I got the Spanish skillet with a side of nutella and banana pancakes and a strawberry dragon fruit punch which isn’t too sweet (perfect in my opinion) and our server Stephanie was a doll, sweet and was polite. This place is definitely worth it

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Seated quickly. Staff very pleasant. This food is the problem. Everything is pre made and probably bioengineered. The pancakes were not even warm enough to melt butter after sitting there for 20 minutes. If you order a skillet, everything comes piled up and lukewarm. Nothing is made fresh. And maybe kids eat free because they were kids everywhere. My husband was throwing up within three minutes after leaving. Food that sits premade under a heat lamp grows bacteria. Go somewhere else that makes your food fresh.
