On our last night of traveling in TN, we stopped here on a whim for dinner. We had no idea of the menu or dining structure but my son wanted steak. Holy he$$ the amount of food! It wasn't the cheapest dining option at 50-60pp, but everything was decent and the price for quantity and variety made this comparatively cheap. The salad bar was a decent mix, the meats were consistent, and the service and attentiveness was solid.

But when you step outside of your comfort zone and take a step into something different like Gaucho Urbano, Brazilian restaurant, you will immediately feel like a queen or king. This lavish restaurant has so many delicious choices. The full experience is a must for your first time visit. The salad bar is fresh and clean! Waiters and waitresses bring the food right to your plate, allowing you to try all the mouthwatering steaks, cuts of meat, and chicken. It's fine dining at its best!!

I was excited to try this place. However, the food was deficient, and the steaks were all hardened as if the food had been either old or frozen recently. Also, they don't cook on natural wood or charcoal, so the steaks do not taste original... this place's food quality was a disappointment.

If I could give more stars for our waiter Hugo and the staff I would. We got the Guacho experience and it was fantastic. Every bite was delicious and we will be back and we live over 500 miles away.

This was the best. There were 3 of us and we absolutely loved it and plan on eating here again in November. All meats were delicious and I usually eat well done but ate it medium and it was just wonderful
Brazilian steakhouses have become something we seek out in every city we visit. This one was mostly a disappointment unfortunately. We paid for the full experience of 16 meats - and only saw 9 over the hour and a half we were there. What we did have was decent - not amazing. The filet mignon was my favorite though. Decent salad bar. Service was slow...we had to ask several times for drink refills. The Creme Brule was mediocre. It was obvious that the sugar topping was torched well in advance - it should be served warm. I will say that the staff was friendly and mostly helpful.

Even the kids (6 and 10) thought it was the coolest restaurant they've been to (and we've eaten with the characters at Disney World so you know that's saying something).I enjoyed watching the meat cook behind the hostess stand.Vegetarian options: Salad bar and saladsDietary restrictions: Only two meats were not gluten free.Watch the salad bar though, as some things you may not expect to have gluten do (Gouda cheese as an example).

Everytime we visit pigeon forge, Gauchos is on top of our list! The meat selections are top quality & marinated & grilled perfectly! Go near hungry because you will get more than enough! The salad bar is fresh & constantly maintained. Service is professional & welcoming.

This is one place where I so much wanted to give a perfect score. The cold salad bar is phenomenal, the pasta, potato and apple salads are all great. Drinks are good. It has a great variety of items.Now let's get to the meats, of the 16 meats offered under the Gaucho experience, I found about 5 of them really, really good. Like the picanha and the picanha with garlic are really, really great. but the sausages aren't good, the lamb leg was not very good either. The upside is that you can keep requesting the cuts you want. But it is one of those things where you hope they all were good.In addition, I had the rice and beans, which was abysmal. I never expected a latin american restaurant to have such terrible rice and beans. Like the rice was soggy and the black beans were flavorless.

Oh my goodness!! What an amazing night! We were celebrating our 34th anniversary and this celebration was perfect. Our waiter was very attentive. We bought the whole shebang. The food. Oh wow. Amazing! The meat was fantastic. It was a perfect night! Get reservations...it is busy!Vegetarian options: The salads are awesome!Parking: Few disable parking.Kid-friendliness: Not for very small kiddos.Wheelchair accessibility: Very few wheelchair parking.
