When I say NONE OF THE FOOD HAD SALT NOR PEPPER IN IT! I know mostly yt ppl eat here but I’m certain they like salt ! The sweet tea tasted like a tea bag!! I had serval different plates and left hungry! It was so cold that by time I made my plate and sat down the food had ice cicles !!!! I brought my own hot sauce and still couldn’t eat it!!! Terrible as ah matter of fact where is the manager! This is a picture of the cabbage tell me what’s missing??!? I asked to speak with the manager and Tony hid from me for 30 minutes! After I just seen him walk past! He was wearing a red plaid shirt with and apron on!! I’ve never been to an establishment like this before!! Smh

The food was very good, but I can’t believe that u should have your dog set on a chair and then let it eat off the table, I love dogs and cats, but there’s a cut off point at some time.

Nice place to stop for a quick meal. Food was really good and our server was very helpful.
So the service by Destiny was unmatched. She checked on us numerous times, kept our glass filled, and was just a delight.Food - one drawback, I you come from steak, you won't get it til 4 pm. They absolutely won't serve it til 4. Just FYI. The food was mostly good, mostly fresh. Staff very friendly l, seem led to enjoy their jobs. Veggies were great!

Great customer service.Manager took time to look up allergen menu to make sure of the ingredients.Even though it was about 25 minutes before closing the food was fresh and delicious.They also didn't kick anybody out at at closing time but allowed everybody to finish eating. Servers Kelsey and Wendy in the group room were pleasant and efficient ..... even though I'm sure they were looking forward for people to finish up so they could do their closing work.All together a great experience.

If you are going to be in Pidgen Forge area, this is a great place to get a good meal at a reasonable price, because you will need to cut spending some where on your trip,lol

Ok, I must saybI do not generally pick GC for lunch but my mom loves the country cooking. So I took her to this location in Pigeon Forge and the food, service, cleanliness and appearance were the best of any we have ever eaten. The manager was making the rounds to check on customers, the food was hot and fresh. Nothing was over-salted, or bland. It was good. Kuddos to this crew. They have done the customers and company a solid service.
