Just witnessed the older lady with white hair basically refuse to sell beer to a Spanish couple because they did not speak English and told them to leave. Her and older grey headed guy working there then proceeded to use racial remarks about them.

Completely rude and dishonest to staff! Can employees at this location will sell a person alcohol and then contact law enforcement to tell you them you're sitting in your vehicle after purchasing alcohol from them! Which will lead to your vehicle being impounded after they say you can leave it on the property. When you call to address the matter with management or the owner you're not giving any information and referred back to the same law enforcement play contacted. If an individual under the influence why would your employees serve them more and then contact law enforcement on them? I hope the alcohol enforcement division pulls your license to serve alcohol! Furthermore I'll probably catches up to you and your held responsible.

Well this is normally a great store but today we had a Mr who knows with no name tag was very rude when I asked about a eagle and flag statue and how much was it and his rude response was prices are in the bottom and case that is never open was and guy wanted me to grab and pick it up which I didn’t want to do bc it was in the back and I don’t want to break any thing!! Just wish people would be nicer

Larry the assistant manager gives off very much as if he does not like African Americans. His demeanor is rude and he has underlying tone that is very antagonizing. He is very blatantly rude in the manner of which he responds and my experience in this store reminded me of living in the south and feeling belittled or poked at so that i react. I love visiting pigeon forge but people who act like him make you not want to comeBack. There are managers who do their jobs and follow the rules and make it so things are followed by the law and then there are managers who get a kick out of your frustration and will antagonize you while you are a paying patron in the store they do not own. He needs to be removed from dealing with people because ALOT of African Americans visit here . WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT TO GOOD STOP . I’m glad i was able to keep my calm this interaction could have easily been another irate scene.

Apparently the computers went down, which was no fault of the employees. While waiting however a customer stood there with a cigarette in his mouth, unlite, looking like yesterday's trash. The woman behind us had a HUGE snake on her shoulder. Yes a real one!!! You don't allow dogs so why would you a HUGE snake? We left since I have PTSD from a runin with a 4 ft Timberwood rattler. Pigeon Forge is scary after dark. So glad we moved .

Nothing against the store, but pump 11 spilled gas all over me, the side of my car and my shoe. It began spilling out before I even got the nozzle in my tank, and no I wasn't squeezing the handle. Please fix.

The $1 drinks is a complete scam. Been going to the same location for 2 weeks and haven't once paid $1 for a drink. The cashier's make excuses, blame it on me, now I'm told it's once a day but I haven't been out until now today. It's nonsense. I'm done shopping here.
