When me and my fiancé came to the theater we were impressed by the atmosphere and the show what we weren’t impressed by was the food the chicken was very dry the other sides and soup was cold and we got cut off the food too early we were not happy at all having to pay almost $200 for a dinner show only to get dried up cold food I really would like a refund or a free show for the inconvenience

The show was pretty good. Food was okay. Most of the food was not hot (lukewarm ). Very crowded seating. We sat at a table for four, but thank goodness no one showed up other than us. There were some larger people at the table next to us and there was no room for people to sit on the other side of our table. The table was not movable either.

I was a little disappointed in the show.. we were told to be there early to have dinner.. we waited forever to get in. When we finally got to our table it took forever to get our food. We got our soup right away but then nothing, buns came like a half an hour later.. everyone around us was eating but our food took forever.. the show started and we just started eating... The servers left, so we had to sit the whole show with our dirty plates and leftover food. I am not sure if they were short staffed or what.. the actual show was great, the dinner beforehand, not so great! We didn't get our food until 7:55 even though we were told to get there by 7..

Show didn't seem to flow with the story. Tried to put in every Vagas /circus act they could in. Had the unfortunate seating upfront at the stage. Never been that close to a show before. But with the water part of the show, they think it's funny to splash you. Not once or twice. Multiple times to the point that you are drenched. I was wet for the rest of the show. My desert was floating. I couldn't drink any more of my drink. Who knows how much water was in it. The food was ok. Just really lost interest after getting so wet.

Funny and interesting show with tasty food. Had more than enough. Waitress a bit rude but otherwise a fun experience. Got there 1 hour early, took about 30 minutes for security and to get seated, then they rushed out the food. Definitely recommend showing up even earlier because at showtime (5 pm in our case) they start clearing tables and the wait staff disappears.

My kids loved it they are 2 6 and 10 and the show and food was great! My issues were that if i didnt buy my 2 year old a ticket they would have had to sit on my lap and eat and drink from my plate although their website dosent state that and it states 3 and younger are free i was forced to buy my 2 year old a ticket to ensure he had his own drink and food i found that to be very aggravating and when we asked our waiter for more food it never came i couldnt even get a drink refilled and the foos is supposed to be limitless.......

Bland food and a rather boring show make for a bad time. While the show is labeled "Hatfield and Mccoy" the actual show has nothing to do with these families. There was a cheesy made-up storeyline with ok music but bad acting. The food had zero flavor and no seasoning. The only good thing was the soup and rolls.

Great family entertainment. There was a lot of food but the fried chicken seemed old or refried but they gave you as much as you could imagine. The service was great!

The show was fun. The food wasn’t the best I’ve had in the area. The service was okay.
