After a long 9.75hr drive, my wife and I were hungry for some tasty food, but didn't want to leave the resort. We stumbled across the High Note located within the Dollywood Heartsong Lodge and Resort and were not disappointed! We both ordered hot sandwiches from the menu and when they arrived we were shocked by the amount of food that we got. As seen in the pictures, the portions are massive! You definitely will not leave hungry. The late night staff serving us was so kind and had such Southern hospitality. We definitely recommend this restaurant to any travelers looking for a quick bite to eat.

Ember & Elm is definitely our favorite Dolly restaurant to date!!! We went for breakfast and it was def the best in town! And our sweet Waitress Autumn was THE BEST!! Everyone was amazing!! We will definitely be back!!

The food was fantastic. The she crab soup is some of the best we have ever had and we are from Maryland. The portion sizes are very generous and all the food we had was seasoned very well. The pimento cheese dip appetizer was delicious. We stayed here 3 nights and ate at Ember and Elm 2 of them. We also enjoyed breakfast here. The cinnamon bread casserole was soooo good.

The meal is very over priced. My potatoes were cold. The steak was great. Ordered a Long Island and it was terrible, never tasted anything like it before. They did remove it from my bill. But definitely not work the $ spent.

What an amazing dinning experience, our waiters was Dan, he was knowledgeable, professional just outstanding. The food looked and tasted wonderful. And the caramel martini. was like dessert in a glass.

Donnie and his staff could not have been better !!! Attention to detail for the guests , along with amazing food .... I can see why Dolly loves her staff so much They made us feel like family !!! And PS : Go to the little coffee shop near check in and get a chocolate chip cookie !!! You'll thank me

From start to finish the dining experience was very good. Of course being January 31st it was not busy at all. Waiter was very friendly and very helpful and attentive. Food was good a little pricey for some people. Will make a return visit.

The bread service was amazing. Loved the sweet chili jam. Our entree were stellar. Waitress was great (LuLu). She was very knowledgeable. Best meal we had while in town. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Will be back.

We had the BEST experience at Ember and Elm! The food was delicious the atmosphere was inviting and our server was fabulous! The chef came out and spoke to everyone and ensured those with allergies they would be well taken care of! I could NOT recommend this place enough!

I made a reservation, and still had to wait even though it wasn't busy. The service was great, but the food portions for the price were quite small. It was delicious, but the chicken breast was the smallest one I've ever seen. All in all, it was just an overpriced experience.

Beautiful restaurant and drive up to the resort. Reserving a table was easy, and service was quick. All of my questions about the menu were answered by Chef Bill since my server could not answer them. I felt somewhat pushed to have all my food out at first, but after a couple mentions of what I wanted timing wise, everything was great. I wish I could have had a new napkin after diving into the honey. Aside from that, service was good. Opening biscuits and charcuterie board with local sourcing touches were immaculate and characteristic to a Smoky Mountain upscale dinner. Despite being slightly underwhelmed by the she-crab bisque and margherita flatbread, I felt that the dinner itself was unique to Tennessee dining and very enjoyable. This is definitely a great place for families and weekend getaway guests. I wish I had room for dessert! I hope that some seasonal menu changes will happen. I would love to visit once every 3-6 months!

The food was pretty good. I loved the presentation in the cast iron. The cheddar biscuits and pepper jelly were delicious. The beef short ribs were delicious but could have been a little less salty. Our service was outstanding! We will be back!

Food was incredible. Son and I got continental bar, which was wayyyy more than continental, tbh. Husband got a breakfast skillet. This was a great experience from start to finish. Mrs. Jackie took great care of us!

This was the second time eating there. The food choices and quality of entrees are only fair. The food is overpriced. The appetizers we had were good but the wedge salad was expensive for a half a head of iceberg lettuce with not much on it. Would not recommend this restaurant.
