Terrible service. Ordered 12 piece family meal . Luckily I always check my orders before I drive off. No gravy for taters and no biscuits. When I told them,- they gave us gravy and then said it was a 7 minute wait for biscuits, if I wanted to wait or they could substitute for an additional side. Well duh I want my biscuits. So they knew there wasn't no biscuits and hoped we pulled off without noticing.

My husband was very unhappy with his meal. We normally only do great reviews. But his order was cold and the chicken and the sides were cold and only the coleslaw should of been cold. I wish they would of done better when making this order because the person making the order knew this meal was cold I get its was 15 minutes before closing time. But this is unacceptable and completely wrong. Doesn't mean we won't be back it just means we can apparently only dine or drive thru during the day hours and hours before KFC is going to close because this chicken had been sitting somewhere other than a heating area because it was seriously cold and very disappointing and should not of been sold..

It was clean, affordable, and staff was friendly! It was right beside the hotel my family and I stayed it so that made it really nice.

We ended up here after another restaurant we visited, was closed. No eating inside, but were able to order. None of the employees were pleasant at all. Received our meal and went back to our cabin. The food was just ok at best and we were shorted on our order. SO DISAPPOINTED!! We will not eat here again.

I have avoided KFC's for sometime since they have been not good. This one actually had some good chicken. It was juicy and moist. Cooked just right. The staff we encountered were not customer friendly.

This is the worst kfc ever i work across the street from them so i occasionally get food. There always messing up my order and forgetting half my food. I went in two weeks ago and paid for sum food but when i put in my card and took it out she told me to put it in again and then i look at my bank account and i see that they charged me twice so yeah definitely 10/10 wouldn't recommend

I was starving, just got off the road and had walked from the hotel next door. I waited for almost 10 minutes as every employee kept looking at me. The person who finally took my order had passed me a few times and had cleaned EVERY unused table in the downstairs eating area while I waited alone for my order to be taken. When she was done she came back , took her gloves off, and started talking to someone at thier station, at this point I finally asked the guy with the loudest voice if there' was anyone to take my order. He turned and yelled " someone's up front". The lady looked very annoyed and stopped talking to the other employee and and took my order. I got my card out put it In the machine and asked "are you sure it's ready for my card?" I looked up and she was gone! A lady from another station stepped in and pushed a button and I paid. Just then, the guy that was ordering at the drive through when I walked past came in with his receipt and food. They had forgotten 4 items of his order. I looked at him and said, "good luck, they JUST took my order and I walked in when you were ordering ". He looked at me like 'you're kidding'. I had listened to the workers talk for quite some time quite and I witnessed quite a dysfunctional crew including swear words that can easily be heard in the dining room.

So many people ahead of us complained. It's hard for many businesses to get products and staff right now. The lady that took our order was extremely friendly and made excellent recommendations based on what they had available. For those that complained, get a life or apply to work there too see how hard fast casual food is. I will definitely be back!

Service was horrible, dining tables was VERY nasty, the girl that was preparing our food was talking on her cell phone & then had to ask us what we ordered. We waited 10 minutes before they even took our order

This is the worst experience Iv ever had at a restaurant. we came thru the drive thru on 03/05/2022 at 1:30... after sitting in at the speaker for 15 mins she finally took our order and It seemed as if she was high on something the way she kept forgetting what we ordered. then we finally get to the window and she hands us 2 sodas and said have a good day then walks off... we bought $18.00 worth of food. And the sodas she handed us were wrong as well... I was also missing my cookie.

Really great service here and even though they were out of pot pies at the time we got the full ups and the chicken breast was juicy, tender and perfect eating temperature.

When you repeat your order 4 times and they still get it wrong and have an attitude is when I have a problem. It’s putting food in a bag, what’s the difficulty? Ah we n you have lazy kids taking orders you might as well pull up to window and say I’m hungry surprise me because they don’t care what you order anyway.It’s not bad all the time but more times than need be.It’d be better to be low staffed than have someone useless that dont care. Not good business ethics

So they are short staffed and crazy busy this week, but staff were very pleasant, and got food out quick. The negative, I got the 3 piece big box, and I've never had such a small amount of actual chicken on a bone.
