My family loves eating here. They’re polite, quick, and delicious. We love that for it being pizza it’s not so greasy like everywhere else. And they give a 25% local discount!🍕😊

I placed an online order at 10:15 on a Thursday night. The pizzas, cheesey bread as and 2-liter were delivered within an hour. the food was great and hot! I was most impressed that they provided cups, plates, napkins, mozzarella cheese and red pepper without me requesting it! it was such a pleasant surprise to have everything we needed to enjoy our meal!

I give it 4.9 out of 5 that’s just because they forgot to cut one of my pizzas. Food was amazing though

we was in pigeon forge ordered pizza from the one by publics grocery store . Took forever for them to answer the phone then got put on hold for sometime . When they finally answered the guy was very nice apologized for the wait . They only had 2 workers there. With it being fall break it was busy bust. Took over an hour to get our order and it was just across the street from our motel. The delivery guy apologized and apologized. I told him it's not your fault that's management's fault . it's sad to work folks like that. something needs to be restructured with their management.

Love Marco’s Pizza In Pigeon Forge! Very nice staff -especially management. We attempted to use a gift card we had been gifted. For whatever reason the gift card would not work (they said this had been common lately). The staff apologized and even gave us the meal for free. I tried to just give them the gift card to give to another customer for another time but they would not take it. I then tried to pay for the order outright and they also refused to accept payment. I was stunned but deeply touched. And the meal was amazing. Thank you Marco’s Pizza.
