Well this was our 2nd. day walking around Dollywood Park. We thought while we were in the Country Fair area we would try and Iccee. We stopped at # 102 Midway Market. The employee said they didn't honor the Dollywood mug refill policy at that location. He didn't have any pretzels or hotdogs and the popcorn looked old. So we bought the Iccee anyway and will not be returning to that stand again or on our next visit.
