It's never a pleasant experience when workers cannot understand English to know what you are trying to order. The corn on the cob was the worse I've ever had. The corn was covered in silk. This was not pleasant getting out of my teeth. The butter was ahhh, was that even butter? There was no flavor.I'm glad to know that I can cook corn better.

The food is good enough but not the best bbq in Dollywood. We got two three little pigs sandwiches and a pig belly on a stick. Three two sandwiches were good but one definitely had more meat on it than the other and the pig belly on the stick was a lot smaller than the picture would have you think.

Flavor: 5 stars, Execution: 3I didn't understand "cafeteria style" when I walked in. What it means is everything comes in buffet-style chafing dishes, and is dishes up by the staff. A little reminiscent of Luby's, in Texas.Since the fried chicken was in a covered chafing dish, a lot of the crisp had died, but the (dark) meat was moist and the flavor was good. The pieces were small but I suspect any larger and they'd dry out.The mac and cheese was swimming in a sea of cheese, but the pasta looked to be cavatappi (couldn't quite tell under the cheese) which is the best pasta shape, and the cheese sauce was good. I fished out the noodles and counted them, because the sauce to noodle radio seemed wild and I had to know for sure. There were 11. If you like goopy, thick cheese sauce, you'll love this. And! The noodles weren't overcooked. Always a plus to be able to bite a noodle and get texture beyond squish. The corn was ...corn.The cornbread was a bit sweet and tasted more cake than cornmeal but I'm not about to tell a southerner how to make cornbread. It's one of the few options with covered seating, which is what pulled me in.

17 dollars for a platter that looked like a bbq paper plate. Very expensive for runny sides and chicken tasted like it was cooked in pork rinds grease. It will leave you hungry and feeling underwhelmed.

I got a brisket sandwich with coleslaw and green beans... it was so good especially for a theme park. My kids got a chicken and a pork sandwich and they ate everything. They aren't exceptionally picky kids but they've been known to be critical of food.

Very disappointing, got there at 1:15, waited on a long line for Brisket, the people in front of my wife and I ordered Brisket and the restaurant ran out just when we were asking. Second, the portion of Coleslaw was laughable, it was literally two half forks full. Not even enough for a baby...Mac n cheese was below average, potato salad was okay...the best thing about the lunch was the Coke Zero. $42.93 later and we are now looking for another lunch place in Dollywood to eat because we are both still hungry. I understand I'm at a theme park, I work at a national Zoo and we would never serve that low level and super small taste of sides and not be completely embarrassed.

I stopped by here around 6:30 on a Sunday evening (New Years Day) while at Dollywood. The smell of bbq from outside really drew me in.My brother and I got the pulled pork sandwiches and baked beans. That with two drinks was $38.50!! The drink itself was over $3 and the cup was so Small! You also didn't get much beans either. Its set up like a assembly line. You tell the first person your order and another person makes it. Then you pay at the end and this is where you can get a drink as well. They have fountain drinks available and nothing else extra like tea or lemonade. Thankfully, they had a covered area for seating because while the day was nice, it got COLD!! I MUST say that BOTH the sandwich and the beans were DELICIOUS! If it wasn't so expensive, i would've gotten another plate. I feel that they need to have the option to get either the sandwich only or the beans only. I would highly recommend the food here! While the prices are high, it's typically for a theme park. We were planning on getting a dessert but we were told they didn't have anymore.

The pork belly was fantastic

Pretty good bbq for a theme park. If this were a free standing location I would have given 3 stars. The potato salad was excellent. The pulled pork was authentic, my only issue is that it would have been nice to choose whichever sauce I wanted. The pork was moist which was awesome considering they serve you cafeteria style. The Mac and cheese was good for a theme park, not homemade but not Sysco crap either.

Waited over an hour. Moved at a snails pace. Took breaks in between each order. I’d be embarrassed if this was my restaurant.

Turkey leg was dried out disappointing.

I was going to buy 2 turkey legs at this eatery in Dollywood (near the covered railroad tracks). As I walked up a lady who worked there verbally snapped at me and my 11 year old daughter for no good reason. When she did that, we walked away. She had the gall to say, well your already in line you might as well get food. Concidering that I have paid over $600 for my family's visit here today, I refuse to give another $40 to a vender that is hateful to a child and then wise cracks about it. Dollywood itself is great but I will never again buy food from here. Its so insulting to pay a "down payment for a car" to come here just to be insulted and pay more money for food. I wish negative stars were an option.

Worst food we've ever had at Dollywood. Was excited because it was featured in the pamphlet only to spend over $50 for some chewy fatty brisket. They were out of turkey legs and served the chicken and shrimp cold. Literally the worst $50 I've ever spent. Go anywhere else!
