The food is good enough but not the best bbq in Dollywood.We got two three little pigs sandwiches and a pig belly on a stick. Three two sandwiches were good but one definitely had more meat on it than the other and the pig belly on the stick was a lot smaller than the picture would have you think.
Flavor: 5 stars, Execution: 3I didn't understand "cafeteria style" when I walked in. What it means is everything comes in buffet-style chafing dishes, and is dishes up by the staff. A little reminiscent of Luby's, in Texas.Since the fried chicken was in a covered chafing dish, a lot of the crisp had died, but the (dark) meat was moist and the flavor was good. It's never a pleasant experience when workers cannot understand English to know what you are trying to order.The corn on the cob was the worse I've ever had. The corn was covered in silk. This was not pleasant getting out of my teeth. The butter was ahhh, was that even butter? There was no flavor.I'm glad to know that I can cook corn better.
