The food is good enough but not the best bbq in Dollywood.We got two three little pigs sandwiches and a pig belly on a stick. Three two sandwiches were good but one definitely had more meat on it than the other and the pig belly on the stick was a lot smaller than the picture would have you think.
Flavor: 5 stars, Execution: 3I didn't understand "cafeteria style" when I walked in. What it means is everything comes in buffet-style chafing dishes, and is dishes up by the staff. A little reminiscent of Luby's, in Texas.Since the fried chicken was in a covered chafing dish, a lot of the crisp had died, but the (dark) meat was moist and the flavor was good. The pieces were small but I suspect any larger and they'd dry out.The mac and cheese was swimming...
Chipotle Honey BBQ ribs were good, nice serving for $13.99 inside an amusement park. Smoky Mountain corn was difficult to eat, very messy, especially without napkins... and IMHO not worth the $10.99.
