Very nice wine store, not a winery.

Had a large group come into the winery and was very happy with the service. Wine runs on the sweet side, sometimes a bit too sweet for me personally. The service was great and every one was very nice. The chocolate flight paired with the dry wines was very good.

My husband and I visit atleast twice a year and always have great experiences.. until this last trip 8/29/2025 the customer service was not good. The guy that waited on us was not very friendly. We did seem to interrupt his smoke break and he didn't even wash his hands before waiting on us.

Rude, impolite and disrespectful customer service where a person with yellow hair yelled at me when I asked him to sample wine. His yelling made such a drama and reaction from other visitors that I ran out like there was a fire. There are different ways to ask for your driver's license but this time it was said with an intent to create drama and make me feel uncomfortable. I asked the yellow head why I was the only one here that he asked for the license, he said that he already know these people. Everybody started laughing. What a disgusting experience. Highly not recommended to come even close to this palce.

I am visiting Tennessee and we stumbled on this winery. It seemed nice and wasn't very busy. I ordered a glass of wine, and was told it was $15!! I was later told that the price included the glass itself—something the staff never explained beforehand. A bottle was only a little over $20, so the pricing felt confusing and unclear. At no point was I asked if I wanted to actually purchase the glass, nor was it made clear if it was even possible to just buy a glass of wine without it. As a guest, I left feeling a bit taken advantage of, which unfortunately overshadowed the experience.

Quality of wines not great. Gewurztraminer is obviously a blend, coming across as a mild dry reisling. Chard was very weak as well. I've tried wines all over the world, definitely not the worst by a long shot. Their blends are basic table wine, not something to be cellared. If this is the palate of TN, then it's the right thing for them. Educated platates would not be impressed. I had to try just to say I did. Definitely found better TN whisky on this trip.

Wine was delicious and the vibe was awesome. We were a little thrown off by our tender, a guy named Freddy who shared that he didn’t actually drink wine. We felt rushed by him to get through our paid tasting.

My husband and I visited the winery on 8/11, which was my birthday. Unfortunately, the staff member who helped us was neither friendly nor helpful, which made the overall experience disappointing. It felt as though we were interrupting his conversation with a coworker, and he seemed inconvenienced by having to assist us. The visit could have been much better with more attentive and personable service, as employees truly make a difference when they show they care. On a side note, I did notice his name but will not mention it here—if he happens to read this, a little personality and engagement can go a long way toward earning tips.

Wine was OK... the person doing the wine tasting was NOT personable at all. I wish I could remember her name....but she treated us like second hand citizens. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Just a terrible person.

Their Collier Reserve is my favorite muscadine wine, and the rhubarb wine is another favorite.
