I recently ordered a Large Veggie Lover’s pizza, a Large Cheese-Stuffed Crust pizza, and Breadsticks from this location, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The Veggie Lover’s pizza did not resemble what I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut. The dough tasted off — more like generic bread than Pizza Hut’s signature crust — and the toppings lacked freshness and flavor.
The Cheese-Stuffed Crust pizza also missed the mark. It didn’t have the rich, cheesy taste I usually enjoy from other Pizza Hut locations.
Pizza were served without red pepper flakes or seasoning packets, which are typically standard and enhance the flavor.
Overall, the food tasted more like a low-quality imitation than authentic Pizza Hut fare.
I’ve had much better experiences at other Pizza Hut branches, but this visit was a letdown. I hope the team at this location takes this feedback seriously and works on improving quality and consistency.

The pizza was good what we expected and wanted. The reason for 3 stars is the older lady that was working the counter. She either needs to quit, or work in another area. Her customer service skills are horrible. I dont rememeber her name didnt want to ask, but she worked the night shift on July 25th. Several of us waiting to pick up orders were very displeased with her time management, customer service skill and her overall attitude. It was as if she didnt want to be there. I even asked was she having an ok night to see if everything was OK. She only gave a stare and said its work.

Very delicious pizza. The presentation of the pizza was very good as well. There are plenty of seats to eat inside. Plenty of parking outside.
Would give this 0 stars for behavior. Here on vacation with family. Ordered online for delivery. Apparently DoorDash picked up the order even though we didn’t order through DoorDash? And my mom was told she owed $73 by the delivery driver? (Our online order that we got an email confirmation for was nearly $100). And still had one of our items missing from the order. I drove to the location with both the email receipt and receipt from the driver and showed the woman at the desk. She is the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. Turns out the online order never charged to the card (doesn’t make sense but whatever). Also had her air pod in her ear while working the front, an extremely unprofessional look. Problem was solved, yes. But it’s the rudeness for me. Probably would have given a 3 star review if this lady wasn’t so rude. The food was good and made correctly per the online order.

Never again! The old lady manager was so rude. Talking to multiple people at once, causing confusion, then yelling at customers. Plus the staff didn't speak English properly, and couldn't understand my name. How hard is Matt?

Absolutely worst Pizza Hut experience of my life. They had the buffet and the back half of the restaurant closed. That was actually the best part, the lady that checked everyone out was absolutely horrible in every way you can imagine, rude is an understatement. Didn’t care to even look up at us when taking our order much less cared about what we were ordering. Acted like I was the idiot when I was confused that wings didn’t come with ranch. She was also rude to every other team member she was forced to interact with People like this lady give business bad names and ruin peoples experience.

From start to finish this was just a completely poor experience from the almost two hour wait, to the pizza being barely above room temp, hard, and just mediocre it really was just horrible. hopefully they can figure out the issues and start serving decent pizza again.
