Good ice cream. Pricey.

Great ice cream

Good option for a sweet treat but plan on taking it to go.

We came in as a party of 9 looking for something sweet. The ice was our favorite, especially the mango and lemon. Prices were good, staff was helpful and accommodating.

The only downside is the size of the lobby. It was raining so we had to eat in the car. Two small tables restrict party size.

Overall, good chain and we enjoyed the break during vacation!

Absolutely love RITA’S. I definitely recommend the layered gelati with chocolate custard and cherry Italian ice. They have seats indoor and outdoor.

My husband can't eat dairy, so we tried the Italian ice, and it is super delicious. First visit we each got the sampler and they were all good. The next day we went back and I got the one I liked the best, which was black cherry.

Love the italian ice here. Mango and Strawberry are favorite flavors here. Reasonably priced for very good flavor. Conveniently located and easy access from main strip.

Me and my family are on vacation and we decided to stop by this place for a nice cold treat. When we first got there it was nice we were looking at what we wanted. When we all got throw the line my grandmother went after us and the lady that took her order was very rude to her was smarting off to her and was making faces! There were 2 girls working Sami was very nice and she did a great job. But the girl who was taller she was rude I did not catch her name but she was very rude to my grandmother I see that as to be very disrespectful and rude the ice cream we had was great and the place was very clean but terrible customer service from that girl was very terrible I would hope she would learn to respect her elders and be nice to people in general it is not very hard to be nice in this world!!!

A great place to get something a little different than just ice cream. The custard they make is the best. We use to go to the one in Florida when we were there before this one came along. If you have never had really good Italian ice, go try it. Can never go wrong with Rita’s. The staff here are amazing as well. Working hard even in the late hours after they closed and even kept a smile on their face.
