My mother and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We both got the lunch bar and it was some of the worst cooked food I have ever eaten. The tomatoes in the vinegar salad had gone bad, one shredded pork dish we never could figure out what it was supposed to be, and the fried shrimp had the consistency of thick custard on the inside of the breading. The waitress / staff was very friendly.

O.M.GOSH! We ordered out of the menu breakfast. They sent us egg's, hash browns, biscuits and gravy. The hash browns were 💯% 'cold' served. Next the waitress was cleaning up our table while we were clearly eating our food. 🤮🤢🫩

Megan was an absolute delight! Her friendliness was astounding. Even with her being busy, she was very attentive to us. She went above and beyond with her sweet personality. Her service with our refills was incredible. We will come back because of her.

It's been a long time since ive been to a Shoneys since they closed all the locations on gulf coast. I miss this place. Breakfast was fantastic.

We were there this weekend for the parade in Gatlinburg. The food was hit or miss. We ate here Saturday & Sunday morning. Saturday was much better. But if it wasn't for our super nice server I don't think we would have returned Sunday. Sundays was awful. They were out of bacon, french toast, potatoes...just a lot of items were out. I was waiting for them to restock some items but we're really disappointed when they didn't replace the items with the same breakfast food. They replaced them with soup....for breakfast? Our server Sunday was not friendly and we had to go to the drink room for refills. The manager of the restaurant probably needs a new job not in the public. She was very unfriendly, walked around with a rude look the entire time on both days. And we could hear her fussing at the servers for not grabbing enough silverware all the way at our table. We always eat here when we come to Gatlinburg but I don't think we will be returning.

Even though it was late the staff was amazing and service was 💯 Megan was so helpful. We meet the manager Jacob he was great while keeping the food bar up. Great place

We had a great experience we always love this location and the manager Jacob was great help especially with the Brussel sprouts Megan was an amazing server we will definitely be back food and buffet was amazing.

Love the breakfast buffet. Ours in our home town closed so we go everytime we find one. I didn't catch our servers name, she seemed to be Caribbean with long hair and she was wonderful, kept the coffee full and the plates clear. Love shoneys breakfast!!

Don’t bother this buffet was a disgrace to even call breakfast food. I honestly wouldn’t have gave anything on this buffet to my dog. While on vacation I expect to have a good meal. This Stoney’s definitely let us down.
