I’m a frequent guest of a couple of Shoney’s in the area! Tonight I felt I needed to brag on this visit! The manager, Candy, had the buffet clean, well stocked, fresh and also provided exceptional customer service! Shoney’s should know how exceptional they are to have her as a manager!

The absolute stars of our visit this morning were Megan and Tiasha! You can tell right away that they work incredibly well together — they’ve got this natural rhythm that makes service smooth, fun, and memorable. It honestly felt like we had a comedy duo taking care of us, and they kept the mood light while still being attentive to every detail.

They’re personable, friendly, and so easy to talk to. Instead of just “servers,” they felt like the heart of the whole dining experience.

The food was good. We chose the buffet, and there were plenty of options for even picky eaters like me.

Yes, the restaurant was chilly, but as we overheard, corporate controls the thermostat — so that’s not on them.

At the end of the day, it was Megan and Tiasha who made this meal stand out. They pulled everything together and turned a simple breakfast into something we’ll remember. We hope when we come back, we get to sit in their section again — Shoney’s is truly lucky to have them!

It's Shoney's... nothing bad just ordinary or what one may expect from a chain buffet. The food was fresh and the waitress was very nice.

The food was not all that fresh on the salad bar. The waitress was inattentive and we had to get up to find the waitress to get a drink refill. We were the only people in the restaurant around 8 pm on a Wednesday night. Needless to say we will not be returning next year when we are on vacation.
