Smoky Mountain Pancake House

Our experience here as a family was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, there was a little store that occupied my littles during the wait, and staff were friendly. We ate out many places during our vacation here and our waitress here, Kaylee, was the first waitstaff we had that didn’t make us feel like a bother. We will be back!

Would not recommend. But what I would recommend is to ask for your ticket/ receipt. Waitresses are intentionally overcharging customers. I believe our servers name was Bobbie but not for sure, but she should be monitored because this was not just an oversight or mistake. I’m sure we are not the first one she’s done this to. Just beware!

Most amazing service we have ever had! Breakfast was huge portions & absolutely delicious! I recommend the fiesta omelet. It will fill you up all day long! so delicious!Amazing prices & fast service! A place you must stop & have breast if your in town!

Loved trying the Mixed Berries Pancakes with 2-Piece Bacon, & Orange Juice for my taste of my experience & it was all good & the others tried their meals & it was all good included & it's nice coming here during our 6 day vacation week.

I would give ZERO stars or half if possible. Food was absolute garbage. The eggs were runny, the sasuage was hard as a brick, the hash brown casserole was just cheese and soggy hashbrowns. Biscuits and gravy were flavorless. Service was horrible. Coffee was burn and bitter. Server never came back to check on us after our food had been sitting at the end of the table for 20 minutes. Maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen or all around. But save your time, money and chance it somewhere else.

Menu prices and what we were charged were not the same. Charged extra for the meat in the meat omelet so it ended up being like $12. And then didn’t even have the diced ham, more like ham shavings. Had to ask for refills.

Our waitress Tisha was wonderful, attentive and super fast. We were told it was a 15 to 20 minutes wait but we only waited about 8 minutes to get seated. Tisha greeted us within 2 minutes, got our drinks and took our order. Our food was delivered literally 8 minutes to after, hot and accurate. Great place for breakfast and great service from beginning to the end

Cute country breakfast place. Food was good, pretty standard breakfast options. Gluten free pancakes, waffles, omelettes. Lots of GF options. Very friendly, great service. Great prices.

I LOVED this little diner! Breakfast was good! Big portions and the atmosphere made it feel like we were locals! Would most definitely be back when in pigeon forge again!

We go to this place every time we are in town. It has always been good. Today however it was not. The food was cold, had to ask twice for our coffee, and waited for 15 minutes just to get our check so we could leave. The manager came by and we told her that everything was cold and she wanted to know if she could recook the food. Oh, no! We were ready to leave. Then she started yelling that everyone makes mistakes because they are only human as she is walking away. What an Ass!!! We will not be returning ever. There are too many new places that will definitely be better.
