Terrible terrible food. Even our 5 year old grandson said the pancakes taste like rubber. We will never go back there. 2 adults and 2 Five year olds - the bill was $60.00. Way overpriced.

This is by far the worst of any of the breakfast restaurants we've been to in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Waited for 40+ minutes (which was the expected part), for our server to be rude the entire time we were sat, all 4 of us got served burnt food, incorrect items, and spoiled bananas then told "Well that's the best we have". Coffee tasted like I sweetened water. Still when we went to pay we decided we were going to tip 15% despite literally everything being wrong. And our server "Bobbie A" on the receipt had the audacity to suck her teeth and go "Oh 15%" afterwards. She didn't deserve even a 5¢ tip especially after that. We will never be back to Smoky Mountain Pancake House. Go to Flapjacks or the Log Cabin in Gatlinburg.

We used to come here every time we visited the Smokey’s and it has always been excellent. The last time we came, we noticed something was a little off and this visit confirms that we will find a new place to grab pancakes. They charged a $1 for cheese to be added to scrambled eggs which would have been fine but they didn’t add it to my eggs and still charged me. The eggs also had a clump of hashbrowns mixed in which was an unpleasant surprise. The pecans that were added for my pancakes were another $1.99 and the coffee was $4. Overall the food was fine, not even good and just way too high for what we got.
We waited 30 minutes to be seated, and then another hour to get our food. I ordered country fried steak and eggs, with a side of pancakes. The steak was a little undercooked, and the eggs I got were undercooked, and it looked like they literally threw them on my plate. The side of pancakes I got were rubbery and a little overcooked. The waitress never would never check on you. Lastly, there were 5 of us, and the total was about 80 dollars, so it came to about 15-20 dollars per person for some of the worst food I have ever had
