Would have given 5 stars had they not been smoking inside and the place was full of cigarette smoke. The worker was literally smoking behind the frozen yogurt machines. You could see her through the cracks. We had to hurry and finish to leave as I have asthma. Let alone that is not supposed to happen in TN. I tried to go to the bathroom real quick and had to leave as soon as I opened door the cigarette smoke was so overwhelming, It was disgusting. I don't appreciate that at all. We cannot enjoy the frozen yogurt and I did not want my daughter breathing all of that in. Someone came in and I'm not sure if it was a worker or someone else and they immediately spoke about how strong the place smelled of cigarette smoke.

The absolute worst sweet frog I've ever been to. You can tell whoever runs it day to day is lazy and doesn't want to put any extra effort into this franchise. Over ⅔ of the yogurt machines were not working and even the ones that were, took forever for yogurt to come out. One person working there seemed slow and even upset or disgruntled to even be there. Worst ever, never coming back and I will spread the word to everyone to avoid this store for sure.

Very clean place, the young lady who served us was kind and helpful. The frozen yogurt I ordered, with all my favorite fixin's was FANTASTIC!! I'll definitely come back on my next visit. P.S I LOVE the "Fully Rely On God" motto, and enjoyed the Christian music.

Looking for dessert after a yummy dinner, we stopped by here. Located in a small strip mall, it is a spacious shop with several tables. There are several flavors of yogurt, 2 at a time at each station with 3 levers, the center one you make a combo. There are quite a few topping to choose from including strawberry boba and chocolate chips. The cups come in 2 sizes and you pay by weight. Service was friendly. Recommend if you want something refreshing!
