We expected the restaurant to be slow, given it was a holiday weekend with so many people visiting pigeon forge but it wasn't. Once we placed our order it was only a matter of minutes before our food was prepared. Everything was served hot by friendly staff. Our order was correct all the way around with no errors.

Extremely disappointed...Mexican 1/3 of had zero toppings. It looked herendous!!! Soft tacos wrap was old. They had very little of anything in them EXCEPT lettuce twice as much lettuce as usual. No mild sauce. Ask for hot sauce. I was given no sauce. Drive thru was NOT friendly at all!!! I live local. I want be going back to this Taco Bell...such a shame. My food should have never left the kitchen

The absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Please avoid the location at 3310 Parkway in Pigeon Forge like the plague. The service is the slowest I've ever encountered...ever. Forty minutes plus in the drive through is completely unacceptable by any fast food restaurant standard.
