Ordered pick-up. Went to the lobby, to which we were told "you have to go through the drive-thru". We ubered to town, so we don't have a car here and we politely told the guy this. "You still have to go through the drive-thru." Okay, sure? We did so, and were just stared at by the guy at the first window. We then proceeded to the second window, at which we were greeted with "what's up?". Um, here to grab the food I ordered, the main reason people come to eat there? We explained we were there to pick-up our order, to which he annoyingly replied, "I'll do it this time, but I'm not supposed to hand you a doordash order unless you're in a car". Are these people mentally handicapped?

Not sure if the bad reviews are old or what, but we just left here and it was awesome. Fresh ingredients, loaded toppings, great service.
30+ minutes waiting in line because they are cheating. They take 2 orders and hold the line so their numbers look good. I understand no one wants to work anymore, but try to have some consistency. Fast food is not that hard of a job. There is no reason for a taco to look like you ask for light everything. This exact restaurant is the reason we need a Del Taco in town.

After a beautiful day at the Dollywood. I had a craving for the border, and I heard a bell ring, so I found the southern border in Pigeon Ford. It was a beautiful and cheaper meal that I had adored since a small child some 40 years ago. Very clean, very nice staff and quiet compared to keeping my eye on the bald alpha in the smokies.

Came to location and hour before closing. Line was extremely long, so a long wait time was to be expected. Got to speaker box to order our food and she was the nicest person we had spoken to all day. Even though the kine was long and they were about to close the cashier and her colleague at 2nd window were kind. We had a 15 minute drive back to our cabin and our food was just as good as we knew it would be.
