Came here after leaving “Downtown Flavortown” due to horrible customer service. TGIFridays completely restored our evening. Service, drinks, and food were all amazing and affordable. This is a great location!
Restaurant was very outdated and did not have a nice atmosphere. Service was great! Food was ok! Nothing out of the ordinary! The glass of wine was good but it was 15.00?? There are too many restaurants around here that are soooo good! I will never go back!

Friday's has fallen hard since their peak days. The greeter was just a young male in a black tee. Nothing to really identify him as an employee. Tables were dirty and not bussed. Water on the floor. Waited a while for food after ordering. Had to ask our server each time for refills and for to go boxes. Ordered food in advance for take out. They brought it out right after our food, so it was ice cold when we were left. Our food was actually good overall. I had the Signature Whisky glaze burger. Great flavor and cooked the way I like it. Ribs were also good. Go for the food, not the atmosphere.

Everyone here was very nice, and the place was clean. We got our food in a timely manor and everything was delicious. We really love the whiskey sauce which I believe is the jack Daniels sauce they used to have years ago.

This is where some of our buses go for dinner on the nights wevhave them here in Pigeon Forge. They are seated in the back room. Great location for large groups. Service is fast and overall very friendly.
