Loved the atmosphere while we stayed at the hotel. Honestly made the hotel stay enjoyable. Hotel staff was terrible. The bartenders made up for it. Would stay here again only for the location and the bar/food at casual pint.
Horrible food. I do not recommend The Casual Pint in Pigeon Forge. For 1 beer and Hamburger it was $30. The bartender indicated the bill would be around $19, but apparently I was price gouged for $11😗😔😫😫💩.00 like a mafia bar in 1936 would do. I wouldn't mind the price had the food been fresh, good and the place was not so cliquish. I waited 25-30 mins and there were only 4 people there. The bun was hard, hamburger was not fresh and was also hard, burnt, not hot....read full review
