My rating is based on this being a theme park restaurant. We spent about $85 for 6 people. Three kids had chicken tenders and fries, the 5 year old went with the PB&J, my wife had a burger and fries and I had a chicken rice bowl. Everyone was happy with their meal and the price wasnt too bad. Again, based on theme park food. We got to sit outside under the covered pavilion and by the time we were eating dinner, it wasnt busy at all. Dollywood was a huge hit with the family...
Vegan options are few and far between at Dollwood. At the Till and Harvest they do a Beyond burger and fries (labelled plant burger) which was a much welcome lunch in the middle of the day. Our server was a bit confused when we asked, but the Supervisor/Manager was all over it and knew what we were after. It was a 15 minute wait after ordering which they told us at the time and I sensed we were the first to ask for a vegan burger in a long time. This won't be the finest meal...
The food here is average at best. The cashier acted like she didn't want to be there. I get that their busy but when they couldn't even be bothered to smile or even talk... seriously they didn't even say "I can get you here" they made eye contact and forced a smile. I gave them my order and the cashier told me how much it was handed me a receipt. I get working with the public can stink sometimes and it may have been a bad day which is why ill give service...
