On Thursday morning, December 5, 2024, I was highly dissatisfied with the service at what used to be the Cadillac Waffle House. Despite having five employees on duty, only three tables were occupied, and many others were left dirty with debris on the floor. I had to ask for utensils explicitly, and my order for bacon and a waffle was never prepared. Additionally, our drinks remained empty throughout our visit. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement.

I haven’t been in a WH in ages and I wasn’t disappointed. I had the Egg, Bacon, and Hash Brown bowl and it came out hot and yummy. I got there at a slow time and got to chat it up with a new employee and their trainer. It was a good time and if I lived closer, I would be back.

Me and 2 of my friends just were at the Waffle House in Pigeon Forge. My friend ordered Waffle, scrambled eggs and biscuit gravy. Our order came out and they got our plates mixed up. As one hash brown had onions. Which was my plate. The waffle and eggs came out but no biscuit ann gravy. But was told that it would not take long to make the gravy. No refill on coffee. Eggs were cold. Was there 30 minutes and never got the biscuit and gravy. We paid, said something about it and the waitress blamed the cook. Who was in training. There were several other waitress doing nothing and they could ave helped the cook. We felt they should have given our friend a big discount. Won't be going back.

Came here with my family. Two of our waters had black flakes floating in them before we ever touched them. Side of bacon never came. All of our eggs were not cooked as well as the pancakes. Waitress never came back to check on us either. The floors were covered in trash while employees literally sat down talking about their love lives. Used to love the Waffle House in general, maybe it’s just this location that was subpar.

First thing first, I love the waffl house. When I go out of town I find a waffle house. By far, this is the best waffle house I have ever been to. Very organized and efficient. Our waiter Boomer was awesome, friendly, and into DragonBall, lol. I really enjoyed this Waffle House.

This place was packed! We got a table quickly, our food came out lightening fast, was perfect as ordered, our server was clean, nice, and very attentive. The best Waffle House we've EVER been to. These people hustle and it shows! Highly recommend.
