Out of all the Waffle House restaurants I’ve been to, this one was the best one. From the staff to the food. It’s got the longest lines for a reason. And driving up to the Sevierville location is downgrading for sure because I’m a huge fan of Waffle House. That location isn’t on top of their game as well as this location. I’ve been to probably a couple dozen different Waffle House locations and this one was just the best of the bunch. Although the photo is from the Allentown Pennsylvania location (2nd best Waffle House I’ve ever been to) because I sadly don’t have any pictures from the pigeon forge location.

Waitress we had was terrible! She has a foul mouth and didn't mind that we had our teenage girls with us! The worst Waffle House experience ever. The cook was nice though he kept trying to cover up her very rude behavior!
Our family visited there today on, August 8, 2025. 10/10! Great service even bought a mug for $5! Everything was made perfectly. I’ll definitely go back. Best Waffel House visit I’ve ever had!

Workers were all bickering with eachother about doing work. Service was slow. We were eating at the counter and a worker belched right in front of us. I went into the bathroom on my way out, but didn't use it because it was filthy. In past we've had several visits to this location that have been positive, this experience was very much different. (Visited Aug 5, 2025).
