McDonald's is a restaurant with locations across the country, including in Pikeville. The food offered is typical of the chain. The service has been described as slow, with employees making constant mistakes and getting the order wrong. The restaurant's atmosphere is quiet and there are typically few customers. The drive thru lane was blocking the handicap parking, and made it very difficult to leave. There are only two handicap parking spaces available. The location has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible. One reviewer mentioned enjoying the chicken sandwich they received as a substitute.
