I usually try to leave positive reviews, but since this is one of my favorite places to grab food on the road, I couldn't hold back my feelings. Most of the tables were dirty, there were food scraps on the chairs, and the beverage station was a mess—with spilled drinks and scattered napkins all around. The manager at this location definitely needs to be replaced.

I don't normally post but this experience deserves a post. We placed an order through the app. In the parking lot of the Popeyes. We went to get it and they had no record of the order. Ok things happen. They took pictures of the order from our phone. Everything was correct on our order. The manager said they would fix it. We waited well over an hour. They had eleven people come in, place orders, get their food, eat and leave while we were still waiting. We finally got our food only to find out a 1/3 of the order was completely missing. We had to go back in and wait again. Our bill was $60. You would think they could do just a little better. I won't come back.

I'm an EMT and my husband and and I always swing by here and I half to say lol, they know how to I like my ghost pepper chicken 🥵.
