From the outside, the Family Restaurant 109 looks more like a rundown house than a restaurant. The inside also looks old. Some seats have tears, there are spots in the ceiling that could use some attention. There is nothing in the condition or decor of the building that says "you can have a filling and tasty meal Chopped Sirloin with Mushroom Gravy and two vegetable sides. The food came out quickly.
