“We stumbled upon this place while we were looking for a local place to grab breakfast. You do want to be there early as it is a first come, first serve - one man shop. The blueberry breakfast sandwich and blueberry biscuits were buttery and soft. Excellent experience and we will be back next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!“

“Delivery is usually rocking, but not today. I’ll usually give a little slack when the order’s not right but I think you would want to know how your food is being represented. I ordered my favorite, the Farmhouse Hash. Maybe I’m being picky but I’m only comparing it to the same meals I’ve had before, which were excellent. First, either Avocado’s have shrunk to the size of a Kumquat or the cook could care less about what this meal would taste like. I got 4 pieces of avocado about an inch big. And they still had the peel on them. Second, I ordered Sour Dough as opposed to wheat because of nutrition guidelines I have to keep. I got wheat anyway, which was very tempting. My eggs were fried, not basted. I got cheddar cheese instead of goat cheese. We also received smucker’s packets instead of the home made jam, that we expected. So it just boils down to the quality for the price. I basically paid $30 for my meal. I don’t mind paying restaurant prices but I also expect better than fast-food. One more thing I would like your business to think about. I am a disabled, immune-compromised customer. I order delivery more than the average customer for health reasons. I don’t appreciate the lack of consideration from your kitchen staff. Just because I’m not there to ask the server to correct my order, does not mean it’s ok to slack off on your duties. It more than likely was oversight but still, I felt you needed to know what was going on. I do hesitate now, to order from First Watch. I’m just not sure I’ll get what I expect.“

“My wife and i visited this morning and were thoroughly disappointed. The food was not what we enjoyed a year ago. We live out of town and so looked forward to our meal. Potato casserole was part of my order and cold and nasty tasting. Omelet was filled with unidentifiable contents. The pancake my wife ordered was adequate. Very disappointing compared to our last visit.“

“The staff was all very friendly, greetings as I walked in from almost everyone and the food was PERFECT...and Im VERY particular about my bacon, preferring it made medium. I've been given hard times at other places about my order. I've been given rolled eyes, been talked about(as if they weren't 5 ft from me), and almost made to feel bad about my preference. They treated me with kindness and respect and made sure to check on me multiple times. All around, VERY good people here!“

“The food is always outstanding. The Squawking Goat is never a bad choice, but their steak breakfast tacos are also incredible, as is the biscuit side with jam, and the smashed hash browns. Cute interior, family style seating, and it’s been easy to find a place to sit the last several times I went.“

“I love the food at first watch. But today I had to take it Togo because I couldn’t get adequate service to take care of my toddlers needs. I literally just needed my server to acknowledge the fact that I was staring him down to get something for my toddlers meal. I had to go to the service area to grab Togo boxes. And I had to get the cashier to get the other thing I needed. Because standing up and staring at the server was not enough. Not a single other person stopped by either. This is way different than the years I spent working with first watch.“

“Maple Street Biscuit Company delivers a relaxed and friendly vibe with some of the best Southern comfort food you’ll find in Nashville. The cozy, quiet diner-style setting makes it easy to kick back and savor every bite without background noise or distractions. My personal favorite is the chicken and waffles, featuring thick, golden waffles topped with perfectly crispy fried chicken and just the right amount of sweet maple syrup. But everything on the menu holds its own, from the warm, flaky biscuits paired with flavorful jam to the popular Five and Dime sandwich loaded with fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, sausage gravy, and a touch of pepper jelly for a subtle kick. Sides like crispy tater tots and smashed hash browns are also packed with flavor. The service is casual but efficient, you place your order at the counter, find a seat, and your food is brought out shortly after, often with a complimentary mini biscuit while you wait. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that nails rich, satisfying comfort food without the chaos, Maple Street Biscuit Company absolutely belongs on your list.“

“Everything about breakfast was just fine. Unfortunately this franchise owner thinks they're better than I hop themselves and instead of the $6 meal which is a reason we went to IHOP because we normally don't get a chance to go during the week, this franchise owner takes it upon himself to charge $7 against IHOP advertisement on TV that I just saw during the University of Tennessee baseball game. I think that franchise or not they should have to follow the rules of the main company, otherwise he's making a dollar more off the customers coming into his store compared to what the advertisement says.“

“I JUST HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THIS PLACE. I WENT IN TO GET A TO GO ORDER AND WHILE I WAS WAITING I WATCHED THEM COOK, CALL OUT ORDERS, DELIVER ORDERS, RUN THE REGISTER, AND ALL WHILE BEING POLITE AND ENGAGING. IT REALLY IS A SITE TO SEE THE COOK DO HIS WORK. CONGRATS TO ALL THAT WORK THERE. YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!!“
