have always loved chick fil a, but today, VETERAN'S DAY, I was very disappointed and sad. I looked on line and saw they were giving free biscuit or sandwich. When we showed up we were told that location did not offer the veteran offer. People, the veteran i was with had been spit on in California airport on his way home. i felt like he was spit on today. lots of mistakes on order as well as missing items and then to top off went to eat the ice out of my ice tea cup and found 2 flies at the bottom of my drink amongst the ice! looked like a fly and a fruit fly. absolutely disgusting!
Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.
