“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“Wow, I’m in love! From the exceptional customer service to the delicious menu options, I’m completely blown away, and I still can’t believe this gem is right down the street.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve how the fries are presented. They were tossed into the bag, which made things a bit messy and left the containers greasy. That said, the flavor more than makes up for it!

“This is simply the best restaurant in Knoxville. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the servings are large and the food is hot or cold, depending on what it is. The wonderful slaw is always chilled. In addition, the servers are friendly and efficient, although possibly overworked. What a great experience!“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

The delivery driver (I think his name was Joshua) called to let me know he would bring it back, we tried to tell him he didn’t have to because it’s raining and late, but he said he was absolutely going to get it to me tonight. He not only brought my drink, but upgraded the size and left 2 coupons. It’s pouring rain, 9:30 at night, he really did NOT have to do that. I am so GRATEFUL. Thank you for going the extra mile!“

“Chicken tenders are always on point, just the location or physical building itself is too small and crowded. I would suggest the drive-thru but that is just as crowded. Just be patient on either inside or drive-thru and you will get some good eating. Also, substitute that slaw for extra toast...this is the way!“

Our famished tummies and parched lips received with gladness and joy the peanut oil fried chicken and the coldest wettest sweet tea.

No manner of distance whether it be height, depth length or width should keep anyone from visiting the nearest Chick-fil-A. Go and live life and eat this chicken.“

“Most popular chicken fast food in our area because of the fast service and friendly smiles and great attitudes of their employees. Ordered the fried nugget meal with fries and a sun joy drink (half lemonade and half sweet tea). Very tasty and salted perfectly. So good with their chick fil a sauce too. I will definitely be back.“

“I've haven't had any concerns as of recent, and I've been coming to this CFA for 5 years now. I almost always use the drive thru, but the workers are always kind. I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app (even if you've just pulled in). They'll have your food ready much faster, and there's almost a certainty that your order will be correct.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“

“Got here at noon and there were a ton of students but the staff was killing it… about a five minute wait. And everything was cooked perfectly and they added some extra sauces and ketchup. Good thing because the Gubhub kiosk crashed after telling us there were too many condiments on the order. Three blew its mind lol The staff must know this is an issue or something. Kudos!“
