“Order accuracy has failed to be correct the last two visits. First time, given the wrong drink. Frosted lemonade instead of frosted coffee. Second time, cashier did not enter correct condiments that were requested. Food was disappointing without them. Only posting to bring attention to a possible issue in service that can be easily corrected.“

“Outstanding meal! It was my first visit to this restaurant and it was a great experience and great food. The girl at the cash register was very polite and professional. So you order your food and they give you a number on a stand which you place on the seating of your choice. Five minutes later two young ladies brought our orders to our table and came back multiple times to check and see if we needed anything else. Five stars are definitely in order for this restaurant.“

“This is simply the best restaurant in Knoxville. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the servings are large and the food is hot or cold, depending on what it is. The wonderful slaw is always chilled. In addition, the servers are friendly and efficient, although possibly overworked. What a great experience!“

“This restaurant is the bomb diggity! The first thing I noticed was not the menu but how clean the restaurant is kept and a 100 Health Score. I have had every variety of chicken salad here and my nephew who is with me loves the place also. I eat here at least twice weekly. The employees here are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If you like Chicken Salad this is the place you’ll love to come to.“

“CFA almost always does a great job, but this one is a cut above. The food was on par with what you expect (excellent), but the service and facilities are exceptional. SO clean and constantly being cleaned with care, including the bathrooms. The servers are great, especially Ms. Janice. She does a great job taking care of customers and connecting with them. Restaurant was very clean with employees cleaning due to being slower after the lunch rush. Can be hard to get into and out of because of traffic at times. Great overall experience.“

“I had a difficult time getting my door dash to work , but the women at the cash register was very sweet, she helped me pretty quickly figure out how to fix the issue and we rung up the food and I was on my way to deliver in about 10 minutes! Great service and the food was fresh 👌“

“Most popular chicken fast food in our area because of the fast service and friendly smiles and great attitudes of their employees. Ordered the fried nugget meal with fries and a sun joy drink (half lemonade and half sweet tea). Very tasty and salted perfectly. So good with their chick fil a sauce too. “I have eaten here multiple times in the past couple of years, and at several different locations all throughout the state of TN. Oddly enough, it has remained very consistent each time, so that in itself is impressive. Staff is always great, the dining is a tad crowded, but acceptable; service is speedy and prompt, but the restroom situations at each were the same (only a one person), but I’d eat here any day over Zaxby’s or any other fast food chain. “I don't typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it's in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that's just part of the charm.

This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A's. I can't speak to the women's but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It's Chick Fil A, you'll get the same food at all of them.

The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A's, but don't let that deter you. We're all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn't know each other. If there's not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We're all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!

For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don't want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!“

“I frequent the Clinton Hwy. store (Unit 1233) at least once a week and went this evening at 5:15 pm to purchase 2 chicken nugget meals. You would think at 5:15 pm the food would be fresh but I will say that tonight was the nastiest food I have ever had from this store. The nuggets were horrible. Nasty, tough and uneatable. The fries were cold and mushy. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Anna and informed her of my experience and how it was very unusual as I am a regular customer but that my mother and I threw away $20 worth of uneatable food. After no initial response, Anna's reply was "sorry for the inconvenience , thank you for the feedback." What poor management skills. Greg Jones is listed as the Restaurant Operator. Greg, I hope you read feedback and take action unlike your manager on duty tonight. Needless to say I will not be returning to Unit 1233 any time in the near future.“

“Believe it or not, it was my first time ever going to a Chick-fil-A. My friends told me that their grill chicken salad was the best they ever had. It was a real selling point for me as I am gluten intolerant. At the last minute, all 3 of us chose the South west spicy salad. The salad was delightfully crisp, the chicken was delicious, but the avocado dressing really made it super yummy. The lemonade, to my surprise, really tasted like lemonade. The staff was very polite and called me Miss Carol when she handed me my dinner. I have lived in Vermont many, many years and I just love this southern friendly way of greeting people. The restaurant was very clean as well as the women's bathroom. We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the play we had just seen, over our delicious dinner. As we were leaving, the manager was leaving also. We told him how much we enjoyed the food and he was very friendly and said he was glad we came. He invited us to come again.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“
