“We were driving home to St. Louis, Missouri and we did not want to stop at a typical fast food restaurant. We chose Cook Out and man are we glad that we did! The food was piping, hot and delicious. The service was excellent. Haley M warmly greeted us and immediately took ownership of our order. She is very personable. it was quite a parent to us that Haley was genuinely invested in our cookout dining experience.“

“Best drink deal I've had in months. Asked for orange tea but didn't have... But offered to put orange slices in it. It was 4 big slices! Tasty. And, I was gonna just get the less expensive 20 oz rather than the 32 oz...maybe it was happy hour or something but was told any size was same price.... $1.09. Where can you get 32 oz of water for $1.... Much less a delicious orange slices tea? I shoulda circled back around?“

“I so appreciate that this restaurant is celiac-friendly and offers to change their gloves. We’ve never had an issue with cross contamination. This is one of the only places in Knoxville my daughter can safely eat. Thank you for being (mostly) gluten free!“

“Such great food for fast food. Much cheaper than McDonald's and much tastier! Love the variety of milkshack flavors. All of the employees were super and in great moods. The positivity was catching!
