“Our server Meghan was very sweet. The only thing that I can say negatively is that the girls are one step from being strippers. The outfits need to change and resemble respect for women. I would never want my daughter to work in place that dresses like that. A business needs to have dignity and respect for everyone. I’m not sure that we will come back. Again Meghan did a great job!“

“We got into town about 10pm and wanted some dinner. Everything was closed except for Carolinas Ale House. They absolutely exceeded expectations for being the only place open. “The wings were amazing! I have been in TN for three years and could not find a really good wing place. Wings are my absolute favorite I flew to New York to eat wings at the restaurant that started them. I would definitely recommend this place. Sooooo many self pour options (not just beer!), events, outdoor seating, board games, etc.They give you a bracelet that you put up to the spot just below the label/screen (above the tap), and it will measure how much you pour, which will then calculate how much you owe - i.e. you won’t be overcharged, and it’s a fun aspect of it all.It’s in such a hip area of Knoxville; checking out this corner of downtown can’t be beat.“

“Beyond impressed. I did take out for my main meal and tonight I treated myself to a steak. I'm a medium well person and when I got back to my room and decided to eat my dinner I cut in and little under cooked. But I had to heat it up. The fact I had a tender flavor morsel of heated up steak in my mouth I'm both lost for words and mad I didn't taste it the it's full fire. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely a winner place in my mind.“

“Drove out to Knoxville to a viewing party for the playoff game Miami Dolphins versus the Kansas City Chiefs.Got there a little early and had a few drinks at the bar. We also grabbed some appetizers. The food was really good. However, the atmosphere and the staff are awesome.We got our own private room for the football game. Which was great. The owner would keep coming in and checking on us making sure everything was awesome. He totally took care of us and I mean he really did !!!! You can see his passion. But it just wasn't with us. I watched him go around the whole place.I can't recall in my recent memory of enjoying myself this much in a long time. I don't give out many five stars but this place I would give six stars even 10 if I had a choice. It was that goodSo if you're in the area and want to have a super time in an awesome atmosphere and outstanding service. You have to go here.“

“Had only been here once before years ago and decided to come for lunch the other day. Food was very good flavor wise but everything was very heavy tasting - seems like they use a ton of butter and oil on everything. Service was fine, the greasy food was just not my style.“

“I've only ever ordered food to go from here because the location is filled with smoke, which I'm highly sensitive to. With that being said, everyone I've encountered has been extremely nice and wonderful to deal with! They have great wings which are always sizable and never soggy, and I'm obsessed with their fried pickle spears with ranch. I'm extremely picky about my ranch and this place nails it! It reminds me of a thinner version of Hidden Valley. And their blue cheese dressing is phenomenal, too! Both are made fresh, in house and the chunks of blue cheese are so nice!“

“Roosters is a wonderful place with great service and food! Hannah, Sarah, Kelly, Raf and every other bartender will treat you like family. Pool table is a lot of fun with great players. Shuffleboard board and dart boards too. Try their pizza and wings. Best in Knoxville!“

“Honestly, the best quesadillas I've ever had. They pack those suckers with so much cheese it strings when you pull it apart. Yet it's never too much Cheese where it falls apart or starts to resemble a cheese pie. Seriously. It's really good. A little hidden gem if you find yourself jonesing for a quesadilla. Fairly priced too. I usually get a veggie quesadilla add chicken, give it a try. Their other food seems really good too, I wouldn't know, because I always get the quesadilla.“

“This was our second time here. The first time they messed up on our wings which they replaced. :)We came today for the game and they have a very limited food menu that was slightly over priced. My recommendation would be lower your phone prices so your customers can buy more alcohol. It would be great if you had hotdogs for game day. Lower your food prices for game day and we will be back“

We usually always make this our last stop of the night. It is an inside smoking bar, so just know that before heading in. I don't smoke, but it doesn't bother me either. “We went on a Saturday after my sons game and we had been turned down at other places for our group of 16. The other places were empty but still told us it would be a long wait. We called this location and even though they were busy they got us right in. They were super accommodating and clearly wanted our business. Fast service, great food and even better the prices are still reasonable. It is hard to go anywhere these days and as a family of five spend a lot on eating out. We felt like this was right on point!“

“Passing through town, I Googled, best Dive Bar in Knoxville. Turns out this place was right down from my hotel. The place is awesome! They have a fire pit out back where you can sit and drink your beer. And best of all, everyone there was friendly. Next time I'm in town, I'll be going back!“

“We stopped by tonight, planning on a great meal. Well, that didn’t happen. We got there a little before 6:25 promptly seated at table 15. Chips and salsa were brought right away. Then nothing. I am fairly certain every employee walked by our table several times. Some friends came in after us and by chance were seated near us. A waiter saw them immediately, brought drinks and even queso. No one had stopped at our table yet. I flagged down the host and asked if he could send our waiter. No one showed, so the host tried to help us. 10 minutes after we ordered drinks and food, nothing had showed up. We saw waiters bringing drinks and food to more tables that arrived after us! I spoke with the host as we walked out the door. Obviously this is unacceptable!“

“We were seated right away even though it was a Saturday at 7pm and the parking lot was full!Our server, Yuni, came over right away and she was awesome! Chips were delivered to our table and Yuni pointed out the Salsa bar. So many choices! We settled on hot, table salsa and I also got the avocado jalapeño. I actually ended up getting 3 cups of that stuff. It was DELICIOUS!!We ordered the fajitas for one and split it. We couldn’t even eat it all. Ours had chicken and beef. “Steven one of the supervisors is phenomenal! There was a weird mixup with our reservation and our bay getting double booked. While Steven was trying to get it figured out for us the other party came up and demanded to speak with a supervisor to "figure out" why this happened. We just offered them our spot (even though we had made the reservation hours prior) because we could tell that the other party were going to be inconsiderate of the glitch and rude.It took a bit to get us a clean bay but Steven extended our time by an extra 30 minutes and we had a blast. The food was also delicious of course.By the end of our time we realized that it didn't ask for us to pay and today our deposit got refunded so Steven worked some magic and got us our 2.5hrs of play time for free since we were understanding of the situation.He is incredible and we have been to Topgolf many times with our families but will continue just for the superb treatment.Long story short it pays to be kind and understanding ?“

“This bar is extremely pleasant and clean. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. Only downside to this bar is that they only serve beer when it comes to acholic beverages however the imacculant food that is prepared fresh and served here makes up for that slight downfall. If I could rate 7 stars then I most definitely would.“

“Didn't have to wait for table long, very friendly staff. Their steak is cooked to perfection as to however you want it. The seasoning are excellent and my wife's favorite is the shrimp/chicken platter. Can keep up with sports also while you're out, that's cool ?“

“Being smoker friendly it's not for everyone, but I've loved it for years. I tend to go early with the after-work crowd and so can't comment of what it's like late but from my experience the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great bar food with some good values. Not my favorite place for wings, but everything else I've had is definitely worth it.“

“This was only the 3rd time we visited this college bar. Every time we visit the security guys out front are very polite. The bar tenders are always friendly and get to every customer quickly. Again this is a college dive bar and the mens room was clean as any other bar in town. This time we got food and my grilled chicken sandwich was huge and delicious. “We stopped for lunch because they are dog friendly and have a covered, heated patio area. Since it was a bit cool, and sprinkling off and on, we thought this would be our best option. Our server, Maddy, was wonderful. She went out of her way to try to accommodate us. My husband loved his chicken wings and said he would definitely go back for them. The chicken salad was just OK. But I’m willing to try something else. My biggest gripe was another couple sat a couple tables away from us, the gentleman lit up a cigar while his wife lit up a cigarette and thanks to a slight breeze it really spoiled our meal. I realize it’s an outdoor space, but when other people are eating, lighting up a cigar is incredibly rude. I do wish the restaurant would ban smoking on the patio all together.“

“Our food came out so fast, no joke when I say I think it literally was the fastest I’ve ever received my food at a restaurant.And my gosh was it delicious. So so good. Both my niece and nephew, who eat like little birds demolished their individual taco, and were eating off my plate.Pro tip: never go to an amazing restaurant while you’re traveling, Makes it hard to fulfill that craving later on…. and trust me, you will be craving this place again once you try it.“
