I had not been to Pulaski in years and had low expectations of great restaurants. I was wrong to make that assumption. Kitchen 218 really impressed us! We had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! Bella was very helpful, professional and courteous. As I told her that day - Bella is the best! Go to Kitchen 218 if you're in Pulaski!
It was a little after 7:00 when we arrived, and we were seated within a minute. We got our drinks quickly & ordered. Then it went down hill. It got so loud in there that we could not carry on a conversation sitting across the table from each other. The place was not even half full. Then it took 40 minutes to get a sandwich. I have dined/drank here a few times in the past while attending retreat with TAFCE/UT Extension and have always had a great experience. Today, the “owner” ended our meal with “you need to pay your bill and leave” + “you’ve already made the server cry and she had go to the kitchen to compose herself”.
We never complained once… even though we seated our self (per the sign), we had to go to the bar to order happy hour cocktails that took forever because the “owner/bartender”...read full review
