“We had breakfast one day at the outpost and dinner the next I had the biscuits and gravy and my wife had eggs and pancakes and hashbrowns, and everything was wonderful. The staff is super friendly. The service is great. The food was abundant. We came back the next day for dinner and I had baby back ribs with a baked potato and corn on the cob and I can tell you that it was some of the best ribs I’ve ever eaten my wife had brisket and slaw, which was amazing and for dessert we had a piece of Colby pie, which was fantastic. Everybody in this restaurant is super friendly. It is extremely family oriented, and I would recommend it to anyone.”

“My husband and I had a bad experience at Dae Break this morning. I ordered the cheese omelet which was good and hot. It was obvious it had been made to order. The coffee was good. The grits were instant and it was a very small portion for $3.00. I asked the waitress about the small portion and she said it was "one packet". My husband ordered the sausage platter. It was terrible. Everything was cold and the sausage and biscuits appeared to be from yesterday. They were both dried out. The cold biscuits appeared to be overcooked. The bowl of gravy was completely cold. When he told the waitress, she took his plate and stuck it in the microwave. Twice. That did not help the quality of the sausage or the biscuits or the cold eggs. He ended up not eating much of anything. We will not go back.”

“I have been here a few times now and this is a great place for breakfast. I have not tried their lunch yet but, they have meatloaf on Wednesday’s so, today might be the day.

Overall, the breakfast is really good. The gravy on the biscuits is better than average and the service is really good. A true mom and pop place that you can return to and have good experiences each time.”

“This is my second time eating here at lunch time and both times there was no other customers other then myself and the person I was with. I’m not even sure how that’s possible. This the best Mexican restaurant out here by far! Honestly, I would say it’s one of the best restaurants period. Their food is fresh and the owner is as nice as anyone can be. “Great food, homemade. Had a chicken fried steak, or as they call it country fried steak. Almost every place I've been it's been a sysco's best, this place appears to hammer it out themselves and then batter it well. Gravy is white along with mashed potatoes, gravy could use a little pepper but outside of that great. Will be back!”
