Really great food both on the buffet daily or choices off the menu!! It is always uplifting when I go because the entire staff make you feel as if you are one of their own. I come to Savannah for a week twice a month to visit my husband who is in Hardin Home with advanced dementia Alzheimer's type and it's a must for me to visit Halle's Hangout a few times the weeks I'm in town.
This is a cafeteria style restaurant where you seat yourself at one of the many tables. The staff is polite and mindful of your needs without being pushy or all in your face. The food took a little while to arrive, but the place was busy. The food was homestyle and pretty good, no one in our party of 4 was disappointed. We went 30mins before they closed and was welcomed in with smiles. Our waitress was fantastic. My patty melt was juicy and delicious. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant..yummy
