placed a mobile order. went to pick it up. everything seemed to be ok. went back in from drive thu and asked for more Splenda and creamer ( they only included 2 of each,not a problem.) Got out to put it in the coffee and it was cold. like, I could chug it at that moment cold. Went back in and was really patient until the girl took the coffee and didn't say a word. Our burgers looked like shoe leather and tasted so bad I was afraid I might get food poison.I just couldn't bring myself to eat it.They were cold and not prepared correctly. The onion rings were hard as rocks! I called the manager and told him all of this, he said sorry about that. I ask him his name. He said he couldn't tell me for safety reasons. Burger King used to be so good. What happened?!
