Passing through on highway 45 & this is ALWAYS a stop for us, it’s something we plan around! Their ribs & pork bbq are top notch and honestly the best we’ve ever eaten anywhere around. And the wait staff are so kind every time. Very clean and professional. No wonder they’ve survived being in business all these years. You just can’t beat it. We’ll be back again and again.
On Oct 21, picked up 2 slabs of ribs right off the smoker to go on our way to Alabama. Sauce was outstanding, very juicy and meaty and about as good as I have ever had. So on our way back up north, stopped and picked up a slab to go. This slab came out of the store. Ate a few bones at the picnic tables and these were barely warm, bark was hard and tough, not as meaty or juicy as the slabs from the day before. Kind of a hit or miss experience.
