McDonald's in Sevierville

“Woman on her phone several minutes before waiting on us. Several mistakes being made in the kitchen. Maybe workers should know English when they are hired. Total chaos in kitchen area. Asked woman behind counter who had stood there doing nothing for a long time for unsweet tea. She gave me sweet tea. I said this is sweet tea I want unsweet, which then she argued that I told her sweet. The woman was on her phone most of the time we were there. Tried to get refill on hi c, she totally ignored me. I had another girl get it for me. While waiting a Hispanic girl said "mira", which means look, and she gave the finger to someone in the kitchen. I don't know who is in charge, but they should not allow this to go on.
