“The cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! Even the play place was super clean! One of the workers said they clean it every 30 minutes. The people who work there are super friendly and helpful as well. Should out to Ross! She’s awesome. My son enjoyed the play place and it didn’t even smell bad, wasn’t dirty or sticky like the other McDonald’s I’ve been too. Also, the high chairs were super clean and cleaning wipes were available too! It was relaxing and the AC worked too.“

“The hashbrowns were incredibly fresh hot, and delicious. Even with it being 5AM, Hw came out with a smile on his face as he delivered it to our car. They had Just opened and were very nice to serve us as we were probably the very first customers of the day.“

“I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble just making someone aware of the mistake.
This morning, after I ordered my husband's big breakfast and my biscuit and gravy, I added three hot cookies but instead we got three extra hot cakes. We would have came back in but we had parked the rig in an opened parking lot across the highway and it was paid for on the card. Also my husband is a truck driver so time isn't always on his side.“

“Usually in any similar place where there is little staff, the quality of the food decreases, the rapid attention although the service and hospitality are still dependent on the person who attends you there are many that the attention is excellent.“

“My girlfriend enjoyed the fries’ texture, temperature, and taste so much she got mad every time I took one of the 200 fries in our large. The Dr. Pepper was so cold and crispy, it tasted like Dr. Pepper herself came and switched out the soda fountain. Drive through staff offered our yorkie a french fry treat. We asked for sauce and were showered with plenty, we did not have to beg for more. We even got an extra nugget, see image. This was fine dining.“

“My local store, I come through here a lot and us the app for best deals on iced coffee and tea. Go off the wagon for a burger or chicken sandwich on occasion 9/10 times food is hot and fresh. Management must be doing something right, drive through employees are always in the best moods and so sweet. They love on my dog and make my day so much brighter!“

“The 2 gentleman working each window on July 25th Friday at 220 PM need a raise probably bigger than McDonald's can afford. They were both cool as a fan , polite, and even though I didn't check the bag. For I've l once my Mickey Dee's order was correct, I had a straw, and wait for it.... Napkins without asking.“

“If I could give service a 100 more stars I would! The family and I are here March 3 26’ at 6:00pm and the lady that was working the front counter was an absolute delight. That lady deserves the best raise. Her customer service was amazing.“

“This place was a great place to climb up to Old Fort Dickinson, back in the early eighties, people would have lunch and then try to burn the calories off by climbing straight up the side of a mountain. We used to go up there almost every other weekend and then cross on over to the Forll Dickinson Quarry.“

“This is my favorite McDonald's to go to. The saff is always nice smiling and friendly. They all act like they love thier jobs, and they always smile. 10/10. Good attitudes are hard to come by these days but all the employees here have them.“

“My kiddos love McDonald's..like every kid I think. Good atmosphere, clean environment, good food.. for some reason the McDonald's in morristown on buffalo trail the bathrooms stay locked and you have to ask the cashier to unlock it!! Never heard of that before...weird...“

“Tiana and Barbara the Manager are absolutely amazing they both went above and beyond with customer service and are model employees the others should follow. They should definitely be rewarded for their great customer service and efforts for the customers and the McDonald's company.“

“I meet one of my clients at this McDonald’s pretty often since it’s the halfway point between us, and I have to say - the employees there are always so friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in.

“They put too much salt on the fries. I've gone here for a long time and I hate how LOUD the drive-thru automated voice is that asks if you used the app to order. Other than that, my food has always been pretty good, and service has been quick in my opinion. I use the drive-thru or order ahead and wait curbside.“

“Got my curbside order: 2 hashbrowns and a sausage and bacon with a Disani. The lady who brought the food out was soooo nice and had a big smile. Very kind. The hash browns were legit perfect. I hardly find a mcdonalds now that does is like when I was a kid. Perfectly Krispy, and just the right amount of salt. You have no idea how much this made my day. They even gave me a straw for my Disani! It's like they know me or something....“

“I want to extend my appreciation to an employee at this restaurant.(They didn't get his name. Was around 2:30pm Today 6/13/26).A gentleman who was on his break or just got off his shift today went above and beyond to help my family out. My wife and daughters got a flat tire coming down I-640 and pulled into the parking lot. Called me for help which I was an hour away. After many people just passed by my wife and daughter's decided to try and change it Which they never have done before. This gentleman came and helped change out the flat tire for them and got them back on the road before I could get there. Mind you they were on there way to a concert (which they made in time thanks to him). I want to you know what an outstanding individual this person is in my mind
Not many people these days are willing to help a stranger out. But whoever he is, I want to say thank you and God bless you!!!!!

“Put in a mobile order and expected it to be ready when I picked it up however I wound up waiting for about 15 minutes after I arrived. Also when did they stop putting napkins in orders, it's the sort of thing a civilized human being expects to receive with any meal I would imagine I didn't get any ketchup with my fries either :/“

“Always friendly even though they're obviously so busy that they probably don't even have time to breathe. No matter what time of day I go they are always packed but still manage to get my order right. Very seldom do they get something wrong but there's never an issue getting the problem resolved. Thanks for all the hard working employees you all Are awesome“

“Most of the time when I frequent this McDonald's my order is never right I have to come back almost twice but today was a good day my order was hot fresh and as ordered so for that I get 5 stars but I would like for everyone to take that with a grain of salt and proceed with caution“
