“The double 1/4# with cheese is always fresh now they make them when you order them. In the past they would be stale from sitting under a heat lamp. Sometimes, it takes a minute but fresh is best for me. Cust service people were friendly and smiled.“

“We eat here way to much, but with that said we get a lot of hands on experience here.
The foods always hot they are fast and very friendly. They keep a clean atmosphere. In all we keep going back it's probably one of the best around“

“My girlfriend enjoyed the fries’ texture, temperature, and taste so much she got mad every time I took one of the 200 fries in our large. The Dr. Pepper was so cold and crispy, it tasted like Dr. Pepper herself came and switched out the soda fountain. Drive through staff offered our yorkie a french fry treat. We asked for sauce and were showered with plenty, we did not have to beg for more. We even got an extra nugget, see image. This was fine dining.“

“The 2 gentleman working each window on July 25th Friday at 220 PM need a raise probably bigger than McDonald's can afford. They were both cool as a fan , polite, and even though I didn't check the bag. For I've l once my Mickey Dee's order was correct, I had a straw, and wait for it.... Napkins without asking.“

“If I could give service a 100 more stars I would! The family and I are here March 3 26’ at 6:00pm and the lady that was working the front counter was an absolute delight. That lady deserves the best raise. Her customer service was amazing.“

“This place was a great place to climb up to Old Fort Dickinson, back in the early eighties, people would have lunch and then try to burn the calories off by climbing straight up the side of a mountain. We used to go up there almost every other weekend and then cross on over to the Forll Dickinson Quarry.“

“I come here often because its close to me. Ive had some issues in the past with rude employees and my frappes never being filled to the top. It is obvious that within the past few weeks management has changed and she is absolutely killing it. There are lots of new hires and they are very kind. My food was hot and fresh and the frappe was the best ive ever had. Filled to the top and full of flavor. I havent caught her name yet but have some patience with the new team. They have a ton of potential!“

“I was picking up a doordash order in the middle of the lunch rush and people were being incredibly rude about the wait time. Multiple people were asking, not very nicely, about refunds and wanting their orders remade. There was an employee there, Whitney, who handled everything with a smile and a patient, understanding attitude. I'm not sure what their position is at the store but Whitney needs a promotion and a raise. I would have lost my cool with people talking to me like that. I don't even eat at McDonald's but i feel like management there needs to recognize this employee.“

“We were waited on by an employee named Aries. I would just like to say that this site is VERY lucky to have him as an employee! He was courteous, kind, and so accommodating! He ordered our food correctly, walked some items over to our table, refilled my daughter's drink, and was just so friendly!! I wish all food service workers could learn about customer service from him! Please recognize and reward him, as your establishment shines a little brighter by having such a wonderful employee.“

“Tiana and Barbara the Manager are absolutely amazing they both went above and beyond with customer service and are model employees the others should follow. They should definitely be rewarded for their great customer service and efforts for the customers and the McDonald's company.“

“They put too much salt on the fries. I've gone here for a long time and I hate how LOUD the drive-thru automated voice is that asks if you used the app to order. Other than that, my food has always been pretty good, and service has been quick in my opinion. I use the drive-thru or order ahead and wait curbside.“

“When I first ordered I was waiting 10 min to pay then I was waiting 15 min for my food when I got my food over half was missing so I waiting and finally got the manger attention she was wonderful and fixed everything for me and even up sized my drink I can’t remember her name she kinda short with blonde hair. The guy at the register should be fired he was messing every one order up and wasn’t giving over half the order to others. Only reason I’m giving 5 stars was for the manager there! Thank you!“

“I’ve never left a review anywhere but I feel inclined to lol because I made a mistake and drove off and left my snack wrap and called and asked if I could come back and the woman I talked to on the phone was the nicest person ever, even though I made a mistake that could have messed up the orders they handed out behind me. I go to this McDonalds often and always get good food and the people are super nice. I wish I got the lady’s name bc she deserves a raise and a million dollar lottery ticket😭“

“Put in a mobile order and expected it to be ready when I picked it up however I wound up waiting for about 15 minutes after I arrived. Also when did they stop putting napkins in orders, it's the sort of thing a civilized human being expects to receive with any meal I would imagine I didn't get any ketchup with my fries either :/“

“Always friendly even though they're obviously so busy that they probably don't even have time to breathe. No matter what time of day I go they are always packed but still manage to get my order right. Very seldom do they get something wrong but there's never an issue getting the problem resolved. Thanks for all the hard working employees you all Are awesome“

“This is a good McDonald's. My family and I come here a lot. Of course McDonald's has the cheapest food around you get what you pay for. Fries are always good. I recommend the double quarter pounder of course. But it's a good family outing. Place a good couples date night. Quick bite. Nothing fancy but the restrooms are always clean. Tables are always clean. Service is always fast. I recommend going during day shift cuz that's when your orders going to be the most proper. For some reason anywhere I ever go on second shift it's just a wreck. But this location is impeccable. I highly recommend it and I will be back“

“Most of the time when I frequent this McDonald's my order is never right I have to come back almost twice but today was a good day my order was hot fresh and as ordered so for that I get 5 stars but I would like for everyone to take that with a grain of salt and proceed with caution“
