“11:15am 7/13 Literally the best experience Ive ever had at a McDonald's. I forgot you can get Fresh, HOT fries and food at a McDonald's. Sweetest woman came out and handed me my food (since they were waiting on fries in the fryer) and offered extra sauces to me from a tray. Incredible experience. Especially after such a recent bad one at the McDonald's on airport highway in Alcoa“

“Loved going here since I was a kid i even had my 10th birthday party here in recent years I would go with my dad just to talk to his friends and my uncle my dads passed away me and mom can't get out much but we still love ordering from here on doordash I get the quarter Pounder with cheese meal plain she always gets the big Mac meal with a chocolate shake they always been good to my family so extended family in a way“

“The hashbrowns were incredibly fresh hot, and delicious. Even with it being 5AM, Hw came out with a smile on his face as he delivered it to our car. They had Just opened and were very nice to serve us as we were probably the very first customers of the day.“

“Absolutely terrible drive thru service, cars backed up out of sight while one cat waited to receive a small bag. No effort by staff to get car to move forward or wait in a space to the side. I mentioned this to guy at the window who just shrugged his shoulders. Crazy long wait. Would have left if I had not already paid“

The two ladies working the drive\\-thru—one taking the payment and the other handing out the food, were both very friendly, kind, and welcoming\\. “My local store, I come through here a lot and us the app for best deals on iced coffee and tea. Go off the wagon for a burger or chicken sandwich on occasion 9/10 times food is hot and fresh. Management must be doing something right, drive through employees are always in the best moods and so sweet. They love on my dog and make my day so much brighter!“

“My kiddos love McDonald's..like every kid I think. Good atmosphere, clean environment, good food.. for some reason the McDonald's in morristown on buffalo trail the bathrooms stay locked and you have to ask the cashier to unlock it!! Never heard of that before...weird...“

“We stopped at this McDonald’s on a whim so the kids could enjoy the PlayPlace while we grabbed lunch, and the whole team made us feel genuinely welcome. Renee was so friendly, and kindly brought our food out to the PlayPlace(which later I found out she’s the gm). The woman cleaning the area helped us find a high chair, and even another employee greeted us with a huge smile when I came back to order more drinks.

We haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while because past visits left us feeling unwelcome, but this team completely changed our perspective. It’s the people who make the difference, and Renee and her team made our whole family feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back! You genuinely don’t see good customer service like this anymore! I’m really amazed and just had to leave a review.“

“Came down today and the lady who served me at the window was an absolute angel. I’m used to the sausage buiscits being $1.64 at other locations but this one is a little more expensive, so I didn’t have enough and I believe the lady covered the rest of my total. I’ve never had this happen so it was really embarrassing on my part but I truly am thankful for that woman and will definitely be back!“

“Got my curbside order: 2 hashbrowns and a sausage and bacon with a Disani. The lady who brought the food out was soooo nice and had a big smile. Very kind. The hash browns were legit perfect. I hardly find a mcdonalds now that does is like when I was a kid. Perfectly Krispy, and just the right amount of salt. You have no idea how much this made my day. They even gave me a straw for my Disani! It's like they know me or something....“

“Always friendly even though they're obviously so busy that they probably don't even have time to breathe. No matter what time of day I go they are always packed but still manage to get my order right. Very seldom do they get something wrong but there's never an issue getting the problem resolved. Thanks for all the hard working employees you all Are awesome“

“As a healthcare worker, I will always appreciate a store that is very rarely open 24/7. Every morning usually at least three times a week, I order from here or I pick up some food to go home with me after a rough shift. Every time, these workers during the 12AM-4AM shift are always so sweet and respectful.
