My wife’s order was wrong, missing drink we had to ask for then got attitude about it, chicken sandwich burnt…lady in the drive through was rude and very short with us. Horribly ran franchise, and my family loves Sonic!

Came to this Sonic because we’re from out of town and needed something to eat. We placed our order on the mobile app and put our stall number into the app when we arrived. The process continued like normal until the screen no longer showed that our order was coming, despite saying it was completed in the app. We waited for 10 minutes before we pressed the button on the stall to ask where the food is. The lady told us we needed to go to the drive-thru for further assistance. We ended up getting our food just like ordered, but we feel as though someone, or something (such as a cone), could have let us know that the stalls were closed. Management obviously does not care about this location and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was shut down soon.

Last two times I’ve come by to try to get food, I’ve waited 15min at the speaker & no one ever comes on. I try to pull to the window thinking maybe the sensor is having issues. Turns out, all the employees are huddled up near the back hiding & trying to run out the clock on their last couple of hours.
This used to be my favorite location. Oh well.

Pulled in to a spot and were told they weren’t doing car delivery, that we needed to go through the drive thru. Got to the drive thru and ordering the lady was short and super rude. Made our order and got the window the same lady asked if we wanted ketchup. When we said yes, she rolled her eyes and slammed it down onto the counter like it was such and inconvenience that we wanted ketchup. We ordered 5 meals LARGE with milk shakes on 3 of them. We got 2 large and one medium - although we were charged for 3 large ones. Our burgers looks like they had been slapped together and then sent into a dryer for a 30 minute tumble. Definitely the worst sonic we’ve ever been to. An absolutely will not be back. Don’t expect too much if you decide to visit this one.

Worst Sonic I've been to. Served a Chilli Cheese Coney Twice with enough condiments on them for 3 dogs and couldn't even see Chilli or cheese on either there was so litter. It looked like they drug the dog through the chilli instead of putting chilli on the bun. Once I went back for the fork I didn't get at the drve thru, I ook one bite and threw it away. Waste of time and money. I paid almost $6 for a chilli cheese dog with no chilli or cheese. I went back and asked for chilli and cheese only to get another hotdog made exactly the same way with no visible chilli or cheese. My local Sonic is bad this one is worse. Sonic use to be good food fast like Wendy's with better drinks. idk what happened but I wish someone would fix it.
Parking: Drive through location with limited stalls to park and fewer where they take orders. So no red button fir help you have too walk up and knock on a locked door if you need something.

This place is beyond utter slow and trash. Doing mobile order you would think it’s quick and fast. They are all on drugs, takes literally forever to receive food and has gotten to a point it just needs to be shut down
