“They assembled the most impressive turkey sub I've ever received from a Subway lol. The tomatoes weren't fresh, but everything else tasted great. The wait to get the food was a bit long, but I guess that was the trade-off for getting it made correctly. However, the Italian sub in the order wasn't made as well.“

“Stopped by to pick up a foot long spicy Italian to go. The young fellow at the counter was very friendly and went out of his way to prepare my sandwich the way I wanted it. The whole wheat was very fresh. They were taking all types of bread out of their baking cabinets when I arrived. He asked for my choice of cheese he then provided all of the trimmings that I asked for. When he put on the oil and vinegar I asked for more. He did as I asked. The restaurant was very clean. The sandwich tasted great. If we want another sandwich we will return.“

“If we could give more than 5 stars to Candy at this location who single handed served our large order and multiple online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, I would. Candy made conversation with us, reassured us as we reassured her with a growing line of customers and offered great customer service. Our sandwiches tasted great because it was made with care and patience. It would be great if she could have a helping hand!“

“The service and quality at this subway has improved drastically in recent months. Rose is always friendly and helpful. She takes great pride in being neat and I have also noticed her taking extra time to train new staff members. Until the recent changes I have been skeptical about visiting this location. Now I seek it out.“

“Updating to 5 stars. Returned to location and the issue below has been corrected.I used to eat at this location every single day; no exaggeration. Every day. It was EXCELLENT! The new store manager and sandwich artists must be so concerned with food costs that they give about half the amount of protein and veggies that should be on a wrap. I can't speak for subs, but the wraps are an absolute joke now. There is more of the "wrap" in each bite than anything. Even lettuce and spinach is placed sparingly. So if you love bread sandwiches, use this location. Otherwise, I would keep on driving. Highly recommend all Gatlinburg locations.“

“They was packed whenywe walked in but the employees was on the ball and super polite and we had a food in just a few minutes i was suprised how fast they got people through the lineyand how polite they were. Usually whenya place is that busy the employees seem flustered or irritated but not them. Will definitely visit there again when we come to this area“
