Did not feel very welcomed when I ordered my food. It was rush, rush. I didn't ask the questions I wanted to..I didn't get my drink cup until after I got my food and sat down. Food was cold (as well was my frosty hahah!). I was very disappointed at this visit. I usually have a great meal at any Wendy's I've been too, but this one. Sorry.

I would give this Wendy's an over all 3 stars. I am a local customer and mostly go through the drive through. Although acasionaly I need to go inside.There are some improvements that need to be addressed. On the inside, employees tend to ignore you until they finish what they are doing to greet you. The customers are made to wait for the drive-through customers. The floor is so greasy you could easily fall down. It's freezing cold year round. It's general unclean...

Our cashier Casey was so polite, professional, courteous, and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meal, and we appreciate that. During down time he stayed busy wiping tables and signs. He made our experience much better.
