“My family ate there for the first time. The food is good. The prices were okay for the amount of food we received. You do get a lot of food. We order at the front, got our own drinks and staff brought out the food. But we cleaned our own table and refilled our own drinks. They still expect tips. Which is fine, but I don't appreciate getting messages on my receipt stating not to forget to tip the staff, But over all a good experience. We all enjoyed our food and most of us had plenty to take home for another meal at home. I will definitely take my family back.”

“My husbands grandfather, Howard Pickel used to own the surrounding 500 acres all around the Old Alvaeredo Station and he donated the land for the church to be built. Their primary home was the Abingdon Donkey bed and breakfast on the corner. It's nice to always come back to visit and reminisce about his childhood, helping on the farm and fishing the creeks and rivers. I just love this place and you will too, worth putting on your bucket list.”
