Grindstone Cowboy Shelbyville is a fantastic new restaurant with a super fun "vibe" and a very "cowboys" atmosphere. Guests consistently praise the incredible food, with specific mentions of the Cow Burger being absolutely delicious and one of the best burgers in a long time. Salads and burgers are popular choices, and the açaí bowl is also a favorite. The coffee drinks are really great, with the vanilla latte being a standout.
