Unreal! Great experience!
Overall, I love the coffee choices, the vibe, and the clean environment. The setup for live music is excellent. Additionally, I’ve had the Cowboy Cuban twice now—your spin on the Cuban sandwich is fantastic, and you have some of the best fries around.

Grindstone Cowboy Shelbyville is a fantastic new restaurant with a super fun "vibe" and a very "cowboys" atmosphere. Guests consistently praise the incredible food, with specific mentions of the Cow Burger being absolutely delicious and one of the best burgers in a long time. Salads and burgers are popular choices, and the açaí bowl is also a favorite. The coffee drinks are really great, with the vanilla latte being a standout. Service is consistently described as five stars, with a nice welcome smile and everyone in the restaurant stopping to talk to families. The restaurant offers entertainment on certain nights, including Singo and amazing concerts. It's a great place for a weekend getaway, and many plan to go back.
