Recently relocated to TN and in my quest for a good quality apple fritter I stopped for my first visit to I Love Donuts to try their offering. My fritter was a bit flatter than I'm used to seeing, but had a nice cook with a slight crunch on the edges. The dough had a good flavor but I found no discernable apple/ pieces flavor. these are hand down the best doughnuts ever. big chains have nothing on these guys. the only thing is they sell out super fast! hope you get up early!
