THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST!!! First they don't tell you that you will have to wait 30 minutes just for them to skip right over you. Well we didn't see you, they said. we were standing eight infeint if you. What in the actual f***. A kindergarten could do better than that. Don't waste your time here.
Went to KFC tonight. My husband wanted to try the chicken donut sandwich. Well after waiting for about 15 minutes to get it, this is what he got. $5.99 for this. KFC is a joke!!!!

KFC offers delicious chicken sandwiches, amazing fries, and Mac n cheese. The staff provides excellent customer service, with polite and friendly interactions. However, some customers have experienced issues with orders being incorrect, such as missing biscuits or the wrong chicken pieces. The mashed potatoes were runny and very watery, and there can be long wait times even with no other customers. The restaurant no longer has a buffet, which was very disappointing, and the original chicken doesn't taste the same. While the environment is often hospitable, some interactions with management have been poor, with reports of unprofessional behavior like staff being on personal phone calls. Despite occasional issues, KFC remains a place where good food and great service aim to come together.
