I ordered a 5 piece tender, received 3 tenders. Asked for blackened ranch, got none. Ordered a strawberry biscuit, it doesn't have icing on it. I tried to call but when the phone picked up it was just shrill whining. I live in Petersburg so I didn't realize until I got home but I guess that's my fault.

Great location. I haven’t been to a Popeyes in a couple of years after having such a bad experience at one in a different city, the employees there were ratchet, waited almost an hour for cold nasty food. Total opposite at the shelbyville Popeye’s. Employees were great, got our food fast and it was hot and fresh. The red beans & rice were on point.

The line was long but the manager on shift was accommodating and quite nice..she tried to replace the item they didn't have with something of equal value. I was overall excited about my food and it tasted good..I love the ghost pepper chicken sandwich..the mash potatoes were not the best but overall the experience was good.
