Severely short staffed causing no one to be working the counter. Sat in the lobby for ten minutes after watching my order get completed with no one to ring out my order. Had to wait until a delivery driver returned and then ask him to ring out my order.

This location stops carryout an hour before closing. I placed a carryout order during that hour, and I promptly received a call from the store. I was understanding of the stores policy, but the employee offered to change the order to delivery to the store's address for me to pick up.

That kind of customer service is exemplary and simply unheard of these days. I wanted a pizza, and he figured out how to make sure I got it instead of just taking the easy way out and cancelling my order. That's top tier customer service!

Loving this new manager, but also wondering when and why this location stopped doing the garlic parm butter crust? Every other location I've been to still does it, and I know this one has the supplies because it's (I believe) the same ingredients used to make the parmesan bread bites? One reason I prefer domino's over other pizza chains is specifically this crust they do, hoping this location can start doing that again.

Get my pizza overflowing with sauce and barely any cheese almost every time I order from here. It’s barely sliced as well, with uneven slices if any. This is how it came straight out of the box😐

Drivers constantly speed through the streets endangering the safety of the community. Definitely not like it use to be. The old manager shut that down real fast when neighbors complained. Stopped ordering from here because of it. If you need pizza delivered fast, as in 10-15mph over the speed limit—this is your place.

Tell me why I had to call 5 times to get a pick up much less 7 times with no answer and then they delivery driver shows up with my shit and no sauces because I called 7 times with no pick up it’s poor customer service do better . Everyone gets back up every now and then but at least pick up the phone and have the respect to say that .

Ordered pizza a hour and a half ago. Manager had no explanation but you can pick it up when ready. Said I could cancel order which I did and he hung up on me. Seconds later I received a cancellation text. Amazing how fast that was.

This was a horrible overall experience drove 30 mins for the best pizza on the mtn I should have knom when I got hung up on the first time that the it was going to be poor service, I repeated my order and drove all the way home to see my pizza was wrong, tryed calling repeatedly got no answer and there were still open so drove back to get refund. Rude young adults poor customer service . This dominos use to be the best they have really went down hill I was super disappointed.

ordered pizza @ 6:15. drove 10 minutes to pick up @ 6:35. drove 10 min home. found out from my wife we were given the wrong order. drove 10 minutes back. rep says "i know what happened" as I walked in the door. however has to ask for my name so really knows nothing about it. hands me pizzas that are nearing an hour old. asked him how long have they been sitting around and states they are so hot they are burning his hands and really does not want to throw them out. would remake if i forced him to. no offer of a refund as per dominoes guidelines. took the pizzas. drove 10 minutes home and finally ate rubber pizza (which cost over $65 for three mediums). have traded locally there for 12 years but this will be the last time due to cost and poor service. i will go somewhere else even if i have to drive 1/2 and hour one way.
