I had a great experience with Signal Mountain Cookie Lady for a last minute order at Thanksgiving. She was very responsive on social media and the phone, and created beautiful cookies based on some ideas I sent her. She and her daughter were really friendly and pleasant to work with when I picked them up. Overall it was a great experience, and my family loved the cookies!
The cookies are melt-in-your-mouth amazing! But what really sets them apart is their customer service. I just had a last minute cancel for a baby shower due to covid, and they were able to convert my cookies to something else to sell in the store and gave me a full refund. They were so nice and understanding. Great people!

Besides being beautiful, delicious cookies that are our go-to treat, year round, the Cookie Lady is an incredibly thoughtful lady who went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and the cookies she made, extra! as if she has spare time ?, for my kid's promotion party. Customer service on another level. Small businesses (or not small) could learn a lot from this gem on our mountain!
